@@Nunurbusynes6051 🤣🤣 dress very warm and go outside for a few minutes because you are probably uncomfortable just dressing up warm and then taking it all off (I hate putting layers on, but if I need to, I do it); if you want, you got it 💪🏻 while you do it, find positive things for yourself about why you are doing this, what are the benefits? It will most likely help you in other areas of your life, too, but it is all up to you if you want to push yourself slowly out of your comfort zone

When I filmed this, it had been a while since I had used stainless steel, so I needed to relearn everything. It is best warmed up on medium to low heat. High heat is usually not good for it.

I think I mentioned it in the video, yes, that would have probably been better but I did not. :)

In most cases, it is a yes; the problem is not the women but the society that mainly creates opportunities for men, as women lead differently from men, yet no education is available around it. On top of it, women need to heal generations of trauma of not being allowed to speak their opinions or be themselves. And so much more, but those are a great place to start.

Behind the final result is a lot of personal growth and development that people don’t see, but as I improve, so does my work. This particular video wasn’t even planned; it happened spontaneously, and I edited it last week.

It is sad because, throughout its history, it has played a vital role for all living near and far in the USA. I learned so much about this city just by creating a video, and I could not even fit 10% of it in the video. I would love to go back and dive deeper.
