Two exercises I would like to recommend are tuck planches on the floor, and if you have heavy-ish bags or dumbbells, do front shoulder raises and holds in the same position. Keep up the great work!

A tip from a fellow beginner; do the floor exercises supinated every once in a while. You'll feel weaker, but that's because you strengthen another aspect of the planche. It has really helped me progress faster. :)

@McChillin_ most elite athletes do some stretch and some assisted holds at the morning ( activation) to improve and mke there body ready to train later
nah g ur doing good tbh but for like calisthenics i use this crazy good app called (thenics) its pretty good tbh i dont really know that it might help u but its worth trying tbh, and good luck with ur journey.

Right now my fitness goals are to build consistency. My gym progress keeps going up and down from lack of discipline. I started doing calisthenics instead of the gym, just a few sets of pushups a day. I figure it's better to be consistent with a smaller amount of volume than a large amount that is inconsistent. In the coming weeks and months as I build consistency I'm looking to add in bodyweight pullups and squats.

Personally, I would just lean a bit more forward, slightly changing my center of gravity.

I don’t know the brand but it is the one you can find in Target/Walmart & have to assemble

Really focus on posterior pelvic tilt, add some hollow body holds where you try to keep your lower back touching the floor. That's what helped me in my holds and i leveled up quickly because i put a lot of emphasis on it. I wish u the best
