Wedstrijdpennen met doorschijnende witte fiberantennes krijgen een holle insert die prima klemt en die je makkelijk kunt wisselen. De lange fiber zal de holle antenne nagenoeg geheel gaan vullen zodat deze tijdens het vissen niet zo makkelijk knikt bij een ongelukje.

I just contact the Rohacell sales manager for east Europe (i live Romania) and he told me the company does not sale the foam to private users. He told me too that someone from Netherlands will contact me on the foam procurement. If that person is not you, can you tell me, please, how did you procure Rohacell for your floats. Thanks!
Yes, I contacted you yesterday by email. It is not a cheap foam, but the quality is TOP . There is no better foam available.

It's a diamond cutting disc in 20 mm. If you google this, there will be found some suppliers
@@ronaldhammers4232 Thanks! Had you ever turned balsa floats with the same tool? I would like to build a CNC mill with to linear and one rotary axis to cut fishing balsa lures. Am I dreaming awake?
@@gabrielfusaru1211 Yes it is possible to use the diamond disc for Balsa also. Be aware this disc can get hot while in process, so the spinning of the tool must be reduced.

Hello Ronald, i'm making floats too (for my own using) with "Dremmel" and mini-lathe (as you) but, i have problems with the speed needed for both (dremmel and lathe) when using rohacell. So, my float "surface" is not as good as your. Have you any advice for me ? Thanks a lot.
Hello, The speed of the spindle (Lathe) is about 1500 RPM and the diamond grinding disc does 20.000 RPM. However you have to consider going twice over the body, because the first time the disc is bet a little while removing the rohacell. The second time this is not an issue.

Neither of these! It's a PMI foam which is far more durable than styrofoam. Google; "Rohacell" and you 'll receive all the information you want
