Bonjour Hoa. Au sommaire, plantations et nourriture pour tous, pour toi et ton petit monde à quatre pattes. La saison des pluies bat son plein, les ruisseaux regorgent d'eau et de poissons et les pousses de bambou abondent. A un moment donné tu as ramassé un superbe champignon à pied longiligne et large chapeau blanc, on dirait ce qu'on appelle en France un coprin chevelu ou une lépiote élevée, mais je ne crois pas que ce soit ça. Les animaux apprécient ce que tu leur as ramené, ils ne sont pas les seuls car tu as concocté devant nos yeux gourmands des pousses de bambou farcies. Si j'ai bien suivi, hachis de porc, tiges d'oignons verts, 2 œufs, de la sauce soja et le contenu blanc d'un sachet. Pousses de bambou recreusées pour laisser la place à la farce. Les "cornets" cuits, me semble-il, avec le chapeau émincé du champignon. Voilà une recette dont j'ai presque senti le fumet alléchant de chez moi.😋 Et de nombreux petits poissons à friture dans la nasse … En préambule de la vidéo une superbe vue du lac, de ton île et d'un très large pan de montagne où se situent tes dépendances et refuges pour les bêtes, puis une belle rose rouge 🌹s'épanouit ainsi que d'autres fleurs… 💞❤💞 Belle vidéo où tu exprimes d'autres talents, culinaires cette fois, et nous fais connaître une recette vietnamienne.👍❤👍
