this wouldn't be necessary if people actually read the documentation or watched the official unity video guide on the subject: "Since the Avatar is such an important aspect of the Mecanim system, it is important that it is configured properly for your model. So, whether the automatic Avatar creation fails or succeeds, you need to go into the Configure Avatar mode to ensure your Avatar is valid and properly set up. It is important that your character’s bone structure matches Mecanim’s predefined bone structure and that the model is in T-pose."

@@UNITYCODE you can’t animate huminoid animations in the unity’ player tho. That’s a huge mistake on Unity not allowing this. Yiu would have to use umotion pro or blender etc..
@@RexSmithII you could animate the ik bone targets so you can adjust however you like your animations to be but if you want to edit your animation a little bit but only with parameters you could set the animation to humanoid and duplicate it so it could be writeable.

Fixed it! just need to press Child Meshes and correct with the scale to fit in the model.

That's a genius solution! By rendering the reflected image in screenspace you avoided a lot of complex calculation. I made a "mirror" using similar approach but transforming the image to render on the mirror was a lot more complicated. I would recommend modifying the ground shader to include the render of the reflection so it can be a bit more efficient. Also you'll be able to use the ground normal map to make the reflection more real.

Hi! I'm thankful for this tutorial but as i'm a noob i'm struggling to make it work, so my nooby question is: does it have to be a standard plane or can it be any asset with a flat plane surface as well? (like a cube or half of it for example or any other polygon shapes)
It only works with a plane or a flat surface

Make sure you use latest unity version and i mostly use universal render pipeline(urp) or it might be that you have to install shader graph at windows>package manager > go to built in> then install shader graph i hope it helps :)
