Wright deserves the win & I think AF deserves Best Picture I think next to Whiplash it's the best film of 21st Century Cillian is winning it though no doubt I think at this rate Giamatti deserves his nominaiton but I think he'll get another shot in next couple of years probably in supporting Coopers performance felt very baity & strained, doesn't deserve the nod if you ask me Domingos a great actor but he's only really been nominated because it's reasonably weak competition & is a Hallmark style biopic

I feel really “bad” for Emma Stone, because I do believe that she won for her weakest performance with La La Land and now it’s extremely hard for her to win something soon. Bella from Poor Things is her best character hands down. Even in The Favourite she was better than in La La… As you said, she’s really young for winning again, but it’s such a shame because this is a PHENOMENAL performance.

How can Killers of the Flower Moon get an editing nomination? It’s the movie’s biggest flaw - it’s an hour too long.

I think May December is gonna over perform when it comes to nominations... Supporting Actor I would probably put Charles Melton in that 5th slot.

You are right about KOTFM controversy. It's like the first time I've felt that Leo sucked in a movie. I feel he kind of weighed down Lily's character a lot. Also it's a story told from white men perspective. Which I'm totally not okay with. To sum up, i wasn't at all impressed with KOTFM. It actually kinda sucked. Just because it has DeNiro DiCaprio in it, the movie's getting nominated. I kinda felt like Lily's character was a bit cry babyish. She spent a whole lot of her precious screentime in arms of Leo which again totally weighs down the movie. They didn't emphasize more about the Osage incident. Overall, it's a not well directed or written movie to me. I know people are gonna come after me for this. But it's not just my thought. Many like me think so.

I believe if Past Lives is gonna get nominated for Best Picture, they have to nominate Greta Lee for Past lives in Best Actress. Greta's performance is not only subtle but with more viewings of the movie, i couldn't imagine how nora managed to keep her deep seeded emotions inside the whole time she was with Hae Sung. Greta's performance is very powerful and very much humane. There are many subtle performances I've seen but her's was powerful and beautiful too. So i can't imagine the top 5 without her. Yeah she might not win but nomination is required. I don't see Margot getting in. Her performance is flashy and not in a very good way. It's okayish. Not even Annette like some people are predicting. Anatomy of a fall was an okay movie also. I didn't grasp the hype. There were so many loose threads there. Sandra Huller was great. But again if Colour Purple picks up, she's out.
