Also what helps now is NGC and PCGS have software so you can scan QR box or bar codes to verify the genuine slabbed coin by them and more certification companies are adapting. Just go to google pay or apple store and download for free.
You're buying bullion coins in a slab? And the entire measure of their authenticity and the focus of your video is on details of the slab? You are vastly overpaying for bullion coins in a slab and the chances of one of these slabbed bullion coins being fake is high. Every bullion coin is a MS70. They are uncirculated and come directly from the mint. A shyster is selling you a modern coin at a great premium where none exists.
Some bullion coins are MS69 as well.

wish I'd seen this before I took the liner off the inside of the trunk door. Turned out the rubber part that is directly on the paint was stuck and all I needed was a screwdriver to pop it off.

Good video but also a major way to avoid certified counterfeits is to read eBay dealers feedback prior to making any bids or purchases. eBay is a "reputation driven" auction site and reading the feedback will tell you a lot about a seller. Only go through dealers who have 100% feedback with over 5,000 transactions. Seek sellers who offer returns with no questions asked. Also like Mr Jules mentioned verify on NGC and PCGS certification web sites the slab ticket number. NGC is really good at taking pictures of all their coins and comparing the auction photos against theirs. You would be surprised how many garbage photos are hiding surface problems. When I see a blurry photo its an instant no go when I look at a specific coin on eBay. You do this and it will drastically reduce this problem.

Bought a fake slab last week from ebay when under 30x loupe the letters and numbers had evidence of trapped air bubbles from casting.I had a refund within an hour and the seller played dumb and a victim and 2 days later he had 3 more fakes on his site with visible bubbles in the photo.
U care to share the seller so we can be more educated?
best advice dont buy on Ebay....too many other reputable places to get em.... please see my channel also.
i buy on ebay but from mcm, apmex, sd bullion ect. they all have ebay stores. i rarely if ever buy from individuals anymore. I used to years ago and i would be willing to bet i have at least one fake floating around in my collection somewhere. I discovered one not too long ago. It was a proof version of a Perth Australian Croc. I always had a gut feeling about that coin since i got it so i finally bought a digi scale and weighed it and it was just barely off. I pretty much new then so i proceeded to use it as target practice with my .308 and this confirmed my suspicion. had it turned out to be real i would have had a silver croc with a hole in it i suppose. would have been worth it tho, lol.

Dixfer 1 second ago Counterfeit rarity = Early RELEASE or "First STRIKE" The vast majority of those come from friends and family of the grading service employees. The rest are contracted by the Cable telemarketers.

Also disreputable grading services, my brother got a complete set of proof silver state quarters from 'millennium coin services'. He was pretty disappointed when I explained that they were fakes

any suggestion on how to get total stripped tag light screws off mine crumbled apart i got the same thing but they give you 10 days to fix it before they flag your tags for repair order
