Shades eQ dried my hair out so much and the color washed out in like 2 washes. Is there another gloss brand you like?

I have natural brown hair with a patch of white in the front and a little bit throughout the rest of my hair along with highlights. I want to grow out my highlights. And I was told to use a level 9BV shades doesn’t have that what would you suggest, I purchased the 9P, but after listening to you, I’m thinking that I need to mix it with a 9V and a nine G.I. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions

If I have golden blonde level 9 from high-lifting my hair with level 12 dye for many years. Now that my hair is finally waist long I am ready to try toning/ would 9v+9nb formula work for me? My ends are much lighter than base for some reason. So my ends are more like a 10, I never tone them. But my base is just weird golden (not entirely warm because I do color masks every time I wash), I wish they were more like 9.1 color swatches show - more of a pearly owl wing color, you know? Not too cool , with a hint of brown. Like a neutral shade.

Thank you for the great explanation! I'm looking to do the at home redken shades eq crystal clear gloss with the activator solution that goes with it. I do get my hair professionally colored, my near natural very dark brown. I had a bad haircut that left my curly hair very frizzy. Do i apply the mixed solution to damp or dry hair? Do i need to shampoo and condition after, or can i just condition. I use natural ingredients products. Thank you!

My hair is similar to yours and in much need of a toner... I like the gold tones in it... and I have never done a toner using redken at home... Im not sure which number to try... kinda confused between the 9n, 9gb or gi... I have a lot of gray hair but it blends in with my blonde.... so, I'm not sure if I can mix 9n and gi or gb to tone but keep the gold tones... any advice?

I do not know them as the numbers but I am looking at what I have is a platinum and I have ivory pearl along with crystal clear gloss. Out of those what would help or get those results achieved? Hey so I’m an esthetician, I have access to these products and bought the system. What are the proportions for the mixture equal parts?

I really need advice. SO I tried giving myself highlights at home (using bleach) major fail, luckily I didnt continue to the back of my hair. But now its just two thick streaks at the front with uneven roots. And then I dyed my whole hair using dark blonde 7 hair dye using developer and shampoo and i just slathered it all over my hair. The colour definitely came out way better than before. But I still dont like it, the colour has a bit of a pinkish tone at the bottom and the colour is giving ginger and the streaks are still uneven from the roots. I want to get rid of it completely. My natural hair colour is light brown. How can I bring my whole hair back to the same colour. Because if i dye the streaks its still going to be a different shade than the rest of my hair because that part is bleached and the rest isnt.

I understand most things about toning, where I get stuck is what level am I looking at? Because sometimes I think I'm looking at a level 7 and the stylist will say it's a level 8 or 9; or I might see my own hair as a level 4 and they tell me I'm a level 6. I struggle with that.

If a person is doing roots with 5NN permanent (20 volume) what eq shade would you use 5N? to match for the rest of the hair? And would you use 10 volume or eq gloss with it as well?
