The part where you talked about being taken advantage of if you are foiling the whole head and aren’t getting paid for that service, how would you go about fixing that? When I do clients on my own my boss is there to offer help and support during the service. I get paid hourly while doing the service but my boss takes the overall money from the service at a discounted price that the customer pays. Do you think I’m being taken advantage of or do you see the situation balanced out because of the hourly pay?
She will either sit there and do computer work and watch me or sometimes offer tips and help when I need it. Like helping me to formulate or hold a foil for me once and a while.
@@andreamartin500 I’m just not sure that it’s worth it then 🤷🏼♀️i bet a lot of her clients will follow you when you go off on your own since you’re already doing it all.

I'm having a trial run with this one salon and they told me I'd be assisting for 5 stylist's at a time and they don't offer training/classes I'll be learning on the job just by watching is this a normal thing for rent a booth salons?

What does your boss do while you are foiling?
If you are doing the whole head, i just feel like you might as well do it on your own clients and get paid for it.
