Thank you for the info. So I have 63 f100. Someone stole the radiator and the bolts. The radiator replacement I have, but I need the bolts. Where did you get the extras for your project? Or do you know the bolt size and threads-per-inch?

Did you end up having to use the extensions or no?

I think if you pull the main fuse before disconnecting any cables it might stop you from getting some diagnostic errors.

I like your solo seat. Gaurd bars and rack looks great.

Did you need longer brake and clutch cables?

installing my hydraulic roller lifters on my 78 360 this weekend hopefully, they are connected with a link bar, do you know if the side of the lifter that has the rivets holding the link bar on faces the valley? thanks for video

you actually can hook them wrong. the connectors for the control modules and turn signals are the same. the thing to remember is the top of the module is the right hand controls in the bottom is the left hand.

I don't understand. I took my 2021 Heritage iin for the recall. I do have an aftermarket "Ultimate" seat. They told me the bolt only needs replacing if a new shock was installed for the purpose of raising or lowering the seat height. Is there some validity to this, or should I take it in again and demand an upgraded bolt?

Had these on..Have to admit I thought they were a bit louder than I expected . Removed them a couple of weeks ago for a trip to Spain (Picos and Pyrenees ) due to requirements there . Honestly debating whether to put them back on. I love your Custom D lights and that's possibly next for me...and the fork deflectors to cut back the buffeting issue.

Thanks for the video. The bolt you shown is correct and from what i understand the breakage is caused by people using aftermarket seats. Apparantly, aftermarket seats didn't do a cut out to accomodate the bolt.. Also, the new bolt is going up in size from 1/4" to 5/16" ARP button head torx bolt. This is what im understanding about the recall.

Your idea to change to ARP bolt is spot on.

Maybe add a nylon lock nut to new screw ?

Nice job with detailed steps. I just put Khrome Werks slip ons on my 2020 heritage V107 and they sound awesome. The instructions said to install new muffler gasket. Did yours have a new muffler gasket? They dont come with the gaskets.

I got same code when I did my Road Glide Special, guy said it was something to do with the sequence with ignition when changing bars
