To utilise those small rocks if nothing else on your mind, could be to make a little feature wherever it fits. I just haphazardly made like a large parcel of the rocks using the small holed chicken wire which was just a scrap of chicken wire i had laying about. This looks like a thick slab of rocks wrapped up in the chicken wire, a shabby version of a gabion perhaps, and my one so far is about 70cm along x 30cm and about 10 to 15cm high and it sits on the ground like perhaps edging. Its been there for years nothing grew through it except the mondo grass creeped in somehow in this last year and it looks sweet. It was just something I tried out, and thought I should do more of it but it hasn't made it to the high priority stage as yet. It actually looks pretty good and you could expand on the idea for a very basic cheap way to utilise those unwanted small rocks. The textures work well together. One could possibly make a garden or path edge with the rocks packed into a chicken wire outer casing.

Would you rotate your crops under the tomato frame or just grow some beans & then back to tomatoes?

Tomato trellis looks good. Although I'd suggest a second row as it allows you to lower and lean them in a loop to give them more space once they get near the top.
