I was going for a quick flight at the new hole down the street where they are starting a new build..... The Avata stopped responding to my controls about 24 seconds into the flight. It turned to the right and went backwards. I didn't want to hit the house so I pushed it up. It must of went up but it didn't clear the top of the house.... here is the evidence.... (bonus points it you can name all...

After coming back from the Doctor in Port Colborne, there was a Viking Cruise Ship docked in the Welland Canal. I sent the DJI Mini 2 up for a quick orbit.

I finally saw that there were no clouds covering the sun for a "sunset" video. This is taken from 400 feet above my backyard on July 17, 2024. When the sun actually goes down, I sped the video up 8.5 times regular speed. Hope you enjoy Electric Light Orchestra's Don't Bring Me Down.

I finally went back to the Sandalwood Soccer Park in Brampton to attempt to hit the Church Steeple Gap.... (I usually park too far away and I'm afraid of losing the signal)... I told the drone to go down but I must have been too low already and moving too fast. It didnt respond...... YIKES!!!!.. Enjoy.

I was flying my DJI Mini 2 and the Avata down at the local boat launch when 3 gentlemen pulled up to unload their boat. I asked if they wouldn't mind if I took some video. They were cool with it.

I followed your steps after sending my Subaru fob through the wash, or at least half way when I realized it might be in there!!! After the hair dryer, I went ahead and placed the circuit board in a bag of rice overnight. Put it back together this morning. Works great. THANKS!!!!

yup.... there was a "firmware update" prior but i gnored it like usual... after i did the walk of shame and cleaned it up i did the update... apparently it was a "Remote Control Update"...hmmm but i'm still afraid to trust it again.
