Is it even possible to pick one record from such an amazing post-Beatles career? Wow.. It's tough, but song for song, this is my favorite George Harrison album. I'd say maybe it's because of when it was released, I was just a bright-eyed young adult. But more than that, it's one of my top-ten favorite whole albums off all time... I love every single song. Takes me back to when I was stupider, more irresponsible, but much more carefree.

Harrison, with abundant talent and controlled ego, was just the man, possibly the only man, who could have managed to get so much out of this Supergroup. Who else could have handled Dylan with such great care?

This is like watching magic happen...George is still working on the slide solo and hasn't got it yet...We don't hear this on the LP version but you can see he's heading towards it...Just like seeing magic happen

Great album. Purchased this in 1979 and loved it. Most GH music is good but this album benefitted from George, I think, being happy w his wife and new son at this time. Just genuinely beautiful and peaceful album.

I am huge Beatles fan, Harrison probably my favorite Beatle. In my humble opinion, this album proves George Harrison had a very beautiful singing voice, and he is at his peak here. The album itself, like George’s past works, excluding All Things, has one or two catchy songs, but the rest of the songs, although produced with high quality, are only a strong “very good.”

That tour was proof that George didn't really need Eric Clapton on guitar, George could easily do everything Clapton could do but Clapton couldn't do everything George could do.

I dunno… the late 70’s (and all of the 80’s) was a really pathetic low for popular music. Makes Death Valley look like a thriving oasis. Blow Away barely crawls out before being sucked back into the muck of insipidity.
