At 2:04 about the order of the 4 phases you mentioned, it's the other way round: the 4th phase you mentioned is actually the 1st phase (Diamond Garden to Mandale) which will be inaugurated first along with Mandale depot. 2nd phase will be Chembur to MTNL 3rd phase will be from MTNL to BKC 4th phase will be the remaining + new Cheetah Camp metro station (approved extension from Mandale to Cheetah Camp). They have announced that the Diamond Garden to Mandale phase which has now begun roof work will be finished by end of 2024 and inaugurated by April 2025.

Your video is amazing ❤. For Metro lines 2, 3 and 4, Navi Mumbai will have Metro Neo and not regular Metro. They are worried the other lines will take more time to complete, not many people will use the Metro and they want to reduce the cost of construction so they are coming up with Metro Neo instead of regular Metro. They have not started the construction of Metro Neo so it will take another 3 to 4 years to complete.

There are 3 coaches in Navi Mumbai Metro. The Navi Mumbai Metro is amazing Metro system.
