🎉😂 I have some I have some good news about shingles I've had a lot of experience with it this is what I say to do immediately when you start to get or feel anything weird pertaining to that get yourself some BHT online take 1/4 to 1 tsp depending on your size dissolve it and warm coconut oil and take that several times a day and perhaps once at night and that will destroy the virus and the affliction in short order it works really well and and thank you God for something that works❤

Thank you . I am 74 had shingles for 54 days now its been hell . My rash is like yours in places . What cream is natural and soothing I can use . The ointments they gave me has side effects . I used calamine coconut oil and caster oil . It does not help .The nerves pull on my throat and pain and prick . The rash is around my neck ear and jaw line . My ear has been swollen and burns . I put some vicks rub on it it helps for a while .I wash my hair with baby shampoo now . How long before you got better and be normal again?
