This is the worst resort I have ever been to. I cant even begin to detail what's wrong because it will be a novel. Everything you can think of, from the accommodations to the service is as bad as it can possibly be. This place’s motto should be changed from “tell it only to your best friends” to “there’s nothing we can do” because that seems to be their favorite thing to say to their customers. The rooms are in disrepair, the food is disgusting, but worst of all the customer services is atrocious. The worst of everything, is that if you have the money for the villas, this place becomes a totally different resort. Not just because the accommodations are nicer, but because the staff there actually treat you with hospitality and good customer service. Basically, its good if you are rich, otherwise you are a dog to them.

Why so many negative reviews, ? Is it that bad there ?

I’m headed to Curacao for the 2nd time in April, and I’m looking for recent hotel reviews for different spots on TH-cam and there are almost none over the last year aside from Sandals, which is way more than we’re looking to spend. But my wife and I actually sat and watched this whole video. Love that island, and you’re quite entertaining. Keep up the good work.

You're lovely. The video was good. You must be a member to be given a golf cart. The best places are the Dome,and President I pool. You have only seen a tiny fraction of the Resort. You may not be able to see the whole Resort in 1 day. I have vacationed there since 2010.
