Testdrove today, nice car for the price, for me a big drawback no 11/22kW , 3 phase charging, modelyear 24, 6,6kW mono , modelyear 25 7,5kW mono no 3 phase? Onepedal drive only in ECO mode, why? Model 25 will have a frunk, parcel shelf, bigger charger, but 1,5K price increase

I'm going to stick with my old Renault 7 seater diesel that even though it weighs the same as the BYD it has a bigger boot and I get 3.99ltr/100kms (71mpg). My Renault is probably 40% more fuel efficient than the BYD, new cars are just so bad at fuel economy.

You can buy the car without the battery- Baas (renting the battery). Battery swap is a superior option because: 1- It shifts the battery degradation issue from the car owners to the manufacturer 2- it allows you to get back on the road faster.

To those that are disappointed about the G6 not having ambient lighting but want to purchase, I suggest you get the White interior (it's actually light grey) as it pops out at night and gives the car an airy feel. Some users have complained the black interior is too gloomy at night

I've had the G6 RWD in Hong Kong for 18 days. Temperature in Dec is a fine 16°C and I'm getting 12.5kw/100 km. The temp will reach over 30°C in April so I'm curious what my range will be then. I read somewhere though the optimal temperature for EVs is 15°C to 35°C. Fantastic car, I'm glad I no longer drive petrol as premium gas in HK is US$2.60 a liter 😵‍💫

I've test-driven the EV6, Ioniq 5, Tesla Model 3/Y, Volvo EX30, and Mini Countryman. All of them are more powerful, yet when I drove the E-3008, I immediately wanted to be surrounded by its interior. Sure, the acceleration won't pin you to your seat, but this car doesn't make you want to drive fast anyway - it naturally encourages a more relaxed driving style. Great review, it was a pleasure to watch.

The 7 seater will not be sold in Europe because Mitsubishi offered 2 options for this market: bigger battery (22 kwh) and 5 seats, old battery (20 kwh) and 7 seats. Europe chooses 22 kwh.

wowza, I experienced much better consumptionm on the summer tires. Do you think the winter tires have a negative effect on consumption? edit: I looked again at the table at around 17:45 and the numbers actually aren't bad at all. I guess I'll just have to accept that electric cars consume a lot more when it is cold. But I won't be getting winter tyres, there is rarely any snow in the Netherlands. I wonder how that will impact consumption
