I don't consider a factory in Hungary "European made". Hungary is only part of the EU to receive money from its members and give them the finger to all the rules that come with being a part of that union. The EU has pumped billions (taxes paid by European citizens) into the modernization of Hungary's ancient economy, and the result is that factories from the EU's western nations are leaving for Hungary because its citizens are grossly underpaid and thus companies make more profit. By building factories there instead of other European nations, it gives Hungary more leverage to keep blackmailing the EU. It is unacceptable, and companies doing this for purely financial reasons should get punished for it by the public. As a matter of principle, for that reason I would never buy a BYD, much like I would never buy a Tesla because Musk is in charge. Sure, I may be missing out, but there are valid alternatives.

I Have exactly the Same Performance customization (Midnight Red Cherry and White interior) and i can tell one thing. The car is simple AMAZING. If you like to drive fast without looking in your mirror this is the car. Even 31 kwh @160 kms in pretty decent for that HP . I usually drive it 200+ kms but it doesn't hold for more than 180 kms so i believe that 160 kms/hr is the best speed. I love accelaration from 0-100 especially when you are passing toll stations. Tesla FSD is level 2 same as Li auto. Nio, Xpeng, Waymo robot taxi are level level 4 and BYD is level 3 along with Huawei Avatr.

Tesla is full of BYD parts also china is the only country to use 95% full automation in production facility for maximum profit which the Chinese gave to Tesla. Tesla, spaceX, Starlink, Solar City, Neuralink, The Boring Company and Optimus Robot are all Chinese startup investment to boost US economy due to trade deficit. Elon Musk would be no one without china. lol

I like the car a lot. Its a well rounded car with plenty of range, practical and not that expensive. It should be a hit.
