Ca n'existe pas covid long, on a juste des séquelles soit après les injections ARNm soit après infection naturelle
Ces séquelles c’est le COVID long
My mother suffers from this. Its a massive shift and adjustment for us all. I pray for eveyone thats struggling with this
This is my symptoms for my entire life.
This is a little too much and inaccurate because not all individuals respond in the same manner.
Not with a whimper but a giggle
Looks like we are going to be waiting a long long time for any sort of research and help coming from it
I got a question, why does graded exercise worsen the patient? Controlling and little by little increasing the amount of exercise should be improving right?
For me it works. Everytime I increase it s hard and I have small crashes, but it worked over the months. But I have to do it without a fixed plan.
please on utube search cfs recovery, miguel. or raelan agle or pain free you. this long covid is fully fixable with the correct approach. and graded exercise is often not the way. i wish you well
Why am i only learning about this...4 years after covid lockdowns?! 😭
I have this!
This is such a great video, but I could really have done without the random background noises using up unneccessary cognitive space.
I have frequent urination, motion sickness, occasionally insomnia, high heart rate, fatigue. It goes away but when I get sick, everything is reset. It's horrible. I have nowhere to discuss this really because all the long COVID discussion sites are run by weirdos or on bad sites that censor people like Reddit or Twitter. There's a Facebook site that will not accept by request to join, from two different accounts. They won't even talk to me. It must be a scam or something.
I wish doctors and insurances would acknowledge that. thanks for your work ❤
Thanks for addressing the idea that fatigue can impact self-worth, especially in the context of a global society that values ‘productivity’! Great work!! Thanks for making these talks available. - Stephanie from USA
Thank You so much for this series!
You're very welcome!
For those posting here about your struggles with long covid we are going to assume that you were fully vax'd and boosted, unless you indicate otherwise.
Its shit when doktors dont believe me. Its so sh@t!
Brain fog,fatigue poor sleep,body aches,night sweats,depression,loss of taste,dizziness,tinnitus,higher heart beats, become pre-diabetic tooetc

So well done! Thank you 🙏🏻
Prioritizing the 'fun ones' and sources of Joy is KEY to this, and to happiness and pleasure in Life as a whole! 🥰 Joy is ALWAYS on the top of my 'to do list'! Pacing / balancing activity and rest is part of the natural cycles needed by our body to functional properly. We are all a part of Nature and made up of the same things our natural world is - as nature functions in cycles of night/day, the seasons, the tides etc, so do we! We too NEED to run in balanced cycles like Nature to maintain healthy, or to restore health🥰 Let's toss out society's unhealthy rules about what is 'productive' or 'good', and make our own healthier, balanced rules for living and thriving in the life!!
Well said!
An indescribable hell. I’m 4.5 years in, and, if I’m lucky to keep improving, it will be another 4.5.
Good to see Professor Mark Faghy contributed to this video.
Yes, I think I truly injured myself by not understanding these concepts for the first year or so. I wish I had this video back in March 2020. (Still dealing with it over 4yrs later, and not showing signs of getting much better. I think maybe because I didn't know this stuff when I first got sick) ❤
I'm sharing this video series with my primary care, nurses, therapist. Sadly they don't know to much of long COVID, some of them already acknowledged it. Others keep pushing me to do more thinking that it's that what it will get me better. Also it's very important that caregivers are informed so they can get validate the real struggle that is to live with long COVID. How unstable, unexpected, and uncertain is, that even we look well we don't feel well.
I caught covid 18 months ago. For the past 12, I have felt terrible. Never felt worse. I don't have the energy to do normal tasks at home as much as I did. Everything seems too hard. And yet I am still able to do my job (I work at a railway station). People just don't understand how debilitating this illness is. Pray you don't catch it!
please omit the constant clicking in the video sound track!

So useful, thank you!
only lazy idiots suffer from ''Long Covid''
It has been a struggle to help some in my circle to even believe in Long COVID, much less understand why I can barely walk/be upright. Long COVID PT clinic advised exercise (over a year ago). I haven’t been the same since. It shocks me that there are no professionals, 4 yrs into this pandemic, who will help us understand how to move. Thank you for this video. I will share it with my circle, in hopes they will understand why I struggle to move.
Perfectly explained and well said!
Thank you. This message is still so needed and thank you for the series. Sharing to my local FB Page
Commenting to boost for the algorithm, tysm for the work you do!
Much appreciated
Greg page brought me here :/
Thank you! Brilliantly explained.
Glad it was helpful!
I've still got long covid since February 2020, I've told the doctors several times and I'm getting ignored.
Tô sentindo dores no corpo em toda parte e na cabeça, falta de ar, queda de cabelo, palpitação, e falta de gosto nas coisas. Isso já faz 1 semana. Vai passar??😢 Isso me gera ansiedade
I have the post exertion symptoms worsening, it manifests with 4-5 hours delay after a short walk of 20min, also after a stressful hour of office work, this improves after 12 hours. Also during night time sensation that your throat is swollen or "closed up". Being dealing with this 8 weeks, it's getting better but healing has been slow.
I checked every box in the congnitive section. It's awful, everything is such a struggle.
Do you have only cognitive issue with long covid or other issues as well please reply

I Never prayed that you suffer from Tinnitus condition because it is a great torment, I can’t sleep at night. I am very happy and grateful to Dr Madida whom gave me a herbal remedy that cured me of my Tinnitus condition, now I can sleep comfortably and live my normal life without any disturbance inside ears 👂👂 👂
I got covid for the first time just recently, since I recovered from not having covid I feel nausea a lot.
Excellent! Thanks for posting!
I had to stop work nearly two years ago. It was like every small problem I had was three times worse. My brain , my gate. So much has been a problem. I started taking acetyl l carnitine 1500 mg a day,for pain. My mind started to clear, my gate went back to normal. I am not afraid of driving .and my mood is so much better. Maybe some should research if it's for them
Many Thanks for posting
