I had to stop work nearly two years ago. It was like every small problem I had was three times worse. My brain , my gate. So much has been a problem. I started taking acetyl l carnitine 1500 mg a day,for pain. My mind started to clear, my gate went back to normal. I am not afraid of driving .and my mood is so much better. Maybe some should research if it's for them

One of my best friends is suffering from long covid and he is only 35 years old yet he has almost aged 10 years he has so much fatigue and stress and sometimes cannot even get out of bed ...

I have long covid for the second time (had it back in 2020 as well.) The good news is it went away after a while back then. I also found it got worse after I ate simple carbs - maybe because these foods cause inflammation. Also, anxiety a major symptom not addressed in the video. NSAIDs help with symptoms, but don’t overdo it.

I am suffering from these kinds of symptoms from 3 plus years and now i am dealing with extreme fatigue..... Even I can't drive a two wheeler for long distance...it feels like whole energy sucked with nausea and balance issues... problem in concentrating ..... can't think too much....and also experienced weight loss.….All blood test are done nothing is there ..in starting b12 vit was low which i fixed now Vit D is very low ......Other than this everything is normal....then also lot's of weird symptoms..

This just popped up on my feed. It explains everything in layman terms so well. I contracted Covid end of November 2021, after one week I was hospitalized, then admitted to the hospital's ICU and discharged 18th December 2021. Luckily I survived but my Long Covid symptoms are breaking me physically and mentally. One day I hope this nightmare will disappear from my life.

I have this and after a normal activity I crash down and in bed for days. I feel lazy but if I don't rest I feel myself getting sicker. It's horrible. I was actually doing better for months and I just fell back out of the blue.

I have palpitations when I'm on my monthly and is currently battling burning back pain. I was never sick before I had covid.

Started getting allergies, headaches,dizziness, dehydrated feeling at times, tinnitus which is soooo annoying. Got very sick January 2, bad flu bug, was sooo sick, throwing up, couldn't eat much and to top it all off, caught a horrible cold, coughing lots, depressed , runny nose for months.

It’s helpful that you’ve explained pacing in such a simple way - but please acknowledge that progress is also possible with pacing. It is not just about limiting your life, it is about expanding your life and eventually making a full recovery.

Take your medical advice from your doctor instead of donald trump but don't worry covid will go away when the weather warms up a famous quote of the former President if that don't work he also said stick a black up your you know or a bleachgargle or a lysol injection all suggested by donald trump after all he was quoted as saying he knows everything there is to know about covid his uncle MIT.

Já fiz vários exames, inclusive o Dimero D, e os resultados foram todos normais. Porém, desde que me inoculei duas vezes com a píf@iz3r em 2021, meu organismo não foi mais o mesmo. Tenho sintomas gripais , dor de cabeça que praticamente não passa com analgésico, mal estar, dor de garganta, tosse, corpo quente como se fosse uma febre. Fui em médicos e eles não acreditam na gente, gastei um bom $$ com isso tudo. Conheço pessoas também que raramente ficavam doentes, e agora sentem também sintomas gripais (minha mãe é uma delas, agora fica espirrando, tosse, ela mesma NUNCA foi de ter dor de garganta e agora está tendo). Cansei desses médicos que só querem saber de dinheiro, pesquisei na Internet e estou começando meu próprio protocolo, como própolis em gotas, NAC, Bromelina, cúrcuma em pó, Tintura de agulha de pinheiro em gotas, e agora quero começar a usar coentro e chlorella em gotas( tentei a versão em pó e não consegui, o sabor é horrível) pra ajudar na parte dos metais pesados.

Long COVID symptoms equate to the same symptoms of any other virus. It is time for the world to recognise this. It is the truth!

I only get support from people that are going through it. People that didn't get long COVID, don't care. Most people think it's made up or exaggerated.

What if any clinical studies have resulted in answers to a cure for this? My daughter has and is suffering horribly for 3 years now with long covid.
