Not sure why the ball is so small. The plate looks beveled so it should come all the way out to edge for a 14 inch pizza. That looks like more of a 12 inch flat bread, not much crust around the edges.
dough balls need to be a little bigger. It's not getting to 12 inches more like 11"
I buy this machine now. It will come in 3 weeks to me . I will tell you how it is !
