As someone who knows some Japanese the translations (and editing ofc) were hilarious- I almost lost it when しゃべっているwas translated to "He's yappin, He's yappin" it's the friendly casual cute term yappin’ that got me with his "oho oo" and all the 笑い声。Edit: *laughs in Kanji* is so true- if Native speakers are laughing in kanji (for names at least)- kanji is scaryyyy
