I teach Middle Eastern Dance and yoga in Bloomington, Indiana. In 1995, my book, "Looking for Little Egypt" was published, tracing the history and perception of the dance in the United States and debunking some legends about "Little Egypt." Here on TH-cam I share dance tips, technique and fun combinations. You'll also find a playlist with basic instructional videos that I recommend to my students.

FANTASTIC! I use to work at this Egyptian imports store and part of the job was selling costumes and such to belly dancers, that's when I fell in love with it. Of course being a musician and having studied flamenco guitar with borrows heavely from the middle east, it's more the music than then dance for me but honestly they complement each other so well. Keep up the good work!
