❗Terry Lin and Dimash became good friends on The Singer competition. Learning at the last minute Terry was going to be alone one Christmas, he literally grabbed his keys and caught the first flight out, calling a mutual friend to go to his house and make sure the door was open. She filmed while a light knock on the door revealed a Dimash head poking around the door, a shock faced Terry as the door flew open and Dimash bounded in yelling Merry Christmas ! swinging Terry around in a bear hug. Both hugging talking at the same time, walked away and down stairs while she stood there laughing, forgotten. I knew it was last minute because Dimash was wearing the rattiest knit cap, sweats and tennis shoes on the planet ! 🤣 Ha !

I was at the concert in Berlin. AURORA has an incredible feeling for presenting her songs properly. It was the last song of the concert. A very thoughtful song with a beautiful and very calm melody. This song is once again typical AURORA. Rather sad lyrics and then this contrasting beautiful and peaceful (can you also say happy?) melody, simple, like a lullaby. AURORA certainly uses this contrast consciously. For me, the contrast creates an indescribable mood. I really can't describe it. It creates a contradiction that the brain can't resolve so quickly, I think. The audience calmed down after the fast songs and it was an incredibly peaceful ending. By the way, the whole concert was great, incredibly beautiful. A fantastic atmosphere. Best wishes from Germany

For me, Angelina is like the girl that went to college and we just have to wish her the best. I hope that she never forgets to visit.

This song we have surmised was probably again written about her father Gerry who had divorced Angelina's mother Sara and abandoned the family last year, leaving Angelina wondering "what am I to you" speaking to Gerry. It may not be the last song she has written as she works through her feelings of his departure. This is all something of a dagger in my heart to hear her go through all this, so heartbreaking.

There is a spirit in Angelina and her music that reaches the extremes of my emotional range, revealing memories, long forgotten and badly needed. sometimes, another time it might be a determination just to try to be a little better every day. Being older too, I feel like she's another grand-daughter, and I am so enjoying watching Angelina grow and learn, and mature as a person. Although I'll never be able to attend the concerts, I am so grateful for people who share. Thank you!

During covid lockdown she's been an unexpected and greatly cherished light in the dark for me. Nowadays I see her as the go to for soul gripping music and happyness for the next decades to come. I have added attending her concerts to my yearly holiday go to plans now after experiencing one live.

First and foremost, Angelina allowed me to properly grieve the loss of loved ones and therefore providing hope for a better future. How is it possible that a fan like you has missed until now the encounter of the two most adorable singers ever : Aurora and Wu Qing Feng ? Their duet, "Storm", was a major event two years ago, and Qing Feng declared that Aurora was number one on his list of favorite singers (and Qing Feng is not the type to lie). He thus left behind, for a time, the warm softness of Taiwan to brave the Norwegian blizzard in order to sing with this young woman, fifteen years his junior. The song is beautiful, and their duet is a true gem.

Jacob Collier is sometimes called the Mozart of Generation Z but that's too limiting since I've never seen this level of genius at any time in the last 60 years of any generation. Quincy Jones and Jan Hammer agree on that. He plays over 20 instruments, many quite expertly and has huge and insanely precise vocal range that includes singing micro-tonally when he wants. What he's really great at is harmonic composition so that even something like his version of silly things like The Flintstones won on of his 6 Grammys so far. His Mahogany sessions versions show the softer acoustic side (piano and guitar) like this song but his solos, his multi-layered a cappella by himself or with his band, or collaborators, or choirs, or big bands, or orchestras or audience choirs. Any of these would begin to show you his range in covers and originals: Moon River, All Night Long, Don't You Know (with Snarky Puppy), Bridge Over Trouble Waters, Hideaway, Little Blue (Mahogany), World O World, Make Me Cry, All I Need. Seeing him live leading the audience was transformative and easily the best concert I've seen in many decades. He started as a jazz wunderkind but in DC he even did a Bach duet with his violinist mother and the NSO. She was told by her mom Sara that her teacher that she invited to come and see her at this concert could not make it. Sara set her up. So, Angelina believed he wasn't coming but they planned to surprise her during the show. That is why she was surprised by him being there....
