That's over tight my friend. It's 45mm chain slack on single sided swing arm. Check the manual. Weird I know it looks too much but check.

Just for demonstration purposes as I didn’t have the specs to hand! To be fair the chain has seen better days and will be replaced at some point in the future before it goes back on the road. Thanks for the comment and heads up on chain slack though 👊🏼

Never ending problems with Suzukis. I had Hondas and Yamaha bikes and quads that never really had electrical problems. Suzukis on the other hand… wow . My king quad pretty much try to burn itself three times. The last time I let it burn! Never again!

Still watched 40 videos on how to wire one and not one person on internet can tell me how to wire it..where do the wire go? Do the hook up to anything? What's the black..green ..red and pink wire do?

I think red and black are pos and neg the other wires can go together any way, pos and neg straight to battery with fuse on possy❤️

Hi I had the same burnout problem. I haven't ridden my bike much since i had it "fixed" due to covid and other life problems. Got it out the other day and bike wont go more than 5 miles on a fully charged battery. Coming from somewhere under the tank :) there is a black wire with a ring connector fastened to the left rectifier bolt and a red wire that is just sat under my seat doing nothing. Am i missing something. Does the red one need to fasten to the right of the rectifier, to the battery, or it just dangles and does nothing. Any help would be appreciated before i sell it for a tenner lol

at least : says what's your bike !! road bike? dirt bike ? ... then what's type of regulator : 3or 2wires A/C (generally yellow) wires, with 2 or 4 positive & negative wires (generally red & black _or green), or only one pos' with the negative part related to carcass regulator that's bolted on frame. But your black one (does it come from reg' ? or from main harness ?) coming from reg' it might be bolted to frame &/or to an engine bolt. Coming from main harness bolt the ring between reg' carcass & frame. Red should plug to the battery !!
