Just bought a Cordless Aldi Drill for £14.99 reduced. Not sure how this works but found Amazon were selling the Aldi Chargers !!

Such a great idea - Love seeing these style of videos. The Magnetic tray would be great as I have Air rifles that occasionally dismantle. The wife gets so annoyed when I spread out all over the dining table!

Lidi I find is the best I've had a good few tools from the Aldi don't have a big enough range in the shop in Worcester being I do welding for a living 25 years experience and I do a bit in my spare time (extra money) and the flux welding wire small roll for £4 is really good for body work saves me using my gas and the grinder with a plug £25 got different speed settings and it's powerful and even spare brushs as well you really cant go wrong ive tryed temu dont bother most of the tools are 💩 poor quality thats why its cheap spent more time getting a refund after waiting 2 weeks to come 🤬😡

Our local Aldis seem to be reducing the tool section. Seems to get smaller each time I go in

Never thought of looking in Aldi or Lidl for tools etc., I do a lot of fly tying and the magnetic tray would be a real boon for putting hooks in and making it easy to access them, the storage trays as well are brilliant for storing threads, tinsel and wire as well as hooks. Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work, a new subscriber.

another great video the stackable containers would be very handy for my pen making parts at the moment i keep most of them in old tobaco tins

The Parkside Tools from Lidl are very reasonably priced for the quality they obtain to. I have several tools/accessories from the range & its growing...

The voltage tester you showed reds from 70v to 1000v AC. Your layout should be up to 16v DC. Hence, the voltage tester will not work on your layout.

Some things you just have to bite the bullet with and save up for quality gear, one of them is wood chisels, I'm a builder that specialises in joinery and I've had the same set of chisels for 10 years, and the only reason it's only been 10 years is because my last ones got theived out of my van along with everything else.

I picked up one of those staple guns and they are tiny!

Quick glue and seal the case up to prevent the 10mm from escaping!

Storage boxes will he very useful.

Can't beat lidls middle aisle. I find aldis poor in comparison. I wouldn't mind getting the money I've spent on tools in a lump sum back 😂 great vids!! Keep them coming pls 🙏

I keep going to my local Aldi and Lidl but they never seem to carry a lot of the tools you show 😔. All they keep saying is I have to go to the bigger shops as more often than not they don’t get the tools at their shops, because even though my local stores are big, they are considered to be smaller stores 😢.

Would the Trix 66602 cleaning tool be a good addition to your locomotive repair toolbox? That is a brass brush system that cleans the wheels with conductive brushes

I tend to use "tungsten putty" (Used for fishing) in every nook and cranny to add extra weight. It's a great bit of kit and cheap too. Cheers!

I love a rummage in the middle aisles in Aldi & Lidl but i never seem to find the good tools i see advertised or on TH-cam , maybe i'm just unlucky ? Nothing better than the Mrs sending you down for a few pints of milk and a french stick and you come home with a cordless chainsaw & a Wayne Rooney toilet roll holder 😆

Only when you get to an age (which I have) do you fully apprciate having the right tool for the job.
