I went on the ferry in the past. In the mid 80s and into the 90s they actually still had dances on the Royal Iris. I went on one of those and I actually saw John’s uncle Charlie Lennon there. Maybe one day I will drag his picture out. It is a nice way to see the skyline and relax a bit. Happy New Year to you and thank you for being in this space.

Yes , it did get sorted out. In a way, I am lucky because the O2 box office actually printed a ticket for me. I don’t think many people got that because everything is on your phone so it is pretty special. I like old fashioned tickets! I will show it on my next December shopping video. The show was as good as any show if not better when I have seen him. I would have liked Paul to have brought out that missing bass though. I don’t think Ringo appearing the final night did that much for the show because he wasn’t the only drummer. It was a lot of fun. It is a great venue. Easy to get to and everything you need shopping and food wise there. Happy New Year to you.

I agree but it has become an emotional thing for Beatles fans. I think the tone of the song does that.

Yes it is. I thought Paul did that but it is a truck connected to the company. I spoke to the gal who passed out samples before the concert and she told me in an event like his they will go out. She said they go out periodically. Frozen food with her name on it is still being sold in Europe apparently.

Yes it was very cool to see that outside the arena. The company with her name still attached to veggie food line gave out samples before the show. The burger I wasn’t thrilled either but the chili was good. The staff there said Paul didn’t own the truck, it was part of the company and they go out for certain events.

Actually, I eat meat maybe once a week already.

I got better video once I can figure how to clip it so I don’t show the Abbey Road Shop I filmed until I was told I couldn’t.

I talked to the staff managing the truck tonight. They were giving g samples of a burger and chili. The chili was good but that’s an easy vegetarian thing to She said it was not Paul’s truck but was connected to the food company( McCartney doesn’t own anymore but has some kind of involvement). She said they come out for events line him and they have 2 more events this year. Interesting to know.

That would have been an awesome time to have lived in London and especially this area. You have to have had very interesting experiences and stories. I am jealous!

A used store would a better thing to do. But, that takes time. Just to be in London for a bit is a dream come true. The last time was too long ago.

It’s always fun here. The weather has been great. I did talk to a person working on the ferries that the real Royal Iris ferry is long gone. That was the one operating during the Beatles time. This one was renamed Iris too. He said a Greek rich guy had bought it but he then went back to Greece and it is somewhere else deteriorated. Costs too much to rehab. What a shame. That original had parties, dances for young people on it. I did go on that original Ferry probably mid 80s at a party they were having. Oh, to be young again!
