Sooo its kinda funny how people talk shit....light weight cars dont need a ton of power to be quick....my old accord had 130hp stock completely gutted weight was around 1500-1600lbs. And that was pretty quick. Now more power and lighter weight will pull pretty hard. Im hopefully getting a 1st gen Crx with that swap and 6psi. That car will rip seeing as they weight even less.

Everyone loves seeing and hearing a nice performance vehicles, unfortunately this isn't one of those times. It took you longer to walk around the car and get it started than it took Tom Hanks to walk John Coffee down the green mile. The muffler sounds alot better when you wound that thing up, I felt so bad for that old girls valve train, I thought the oil would never make it to the top, of the valve train, and once it got there the old girl just wouldn't quiet down. But once you steeped on the fuel that sure shut all the doubters up, I realty like the the size of the muffler it looks nice under the old 2000 look a like (well I should say something nice) I maybe a lot of money selling those things. There is a video that shows the 2000 beating the dog out of some 2 wheelers racing some tight turns up some mountain in Europe.

I own a 170 HP SIR with an auto, no mods except Tein H Springs, smaller steering wheel and good tyres. I wouldn't say it is a gay car. I never liked the shape of Del Sol until I bought one. Amazing car to drive and not as small as it looks. I owned an Impreza WRX, MR2 Turbo, Levin - all Jap imports, each of these cars had some advantages or weak points, but always driving any of them was unbeatable, so it is worth to buy a car just for the driving quality and achievement level ...

also, the si had the d15b2 with the mpfi. that sir is a d15b1 with a dpfi. The slowest, most unmodifiable engine honda has made to date with what is essentially an electric carb. grand ams wipe this car stock off the road. not that im saying you thought this car was fast, but with an engine swap it hauls ass.

I have a d16A6 with 440 injectors, Intake , headers no cats, Jackson Racing Supercharger running 11lbs at 5,400rpm , CHIPED , Cool air intake,CRX trans, racing clutch,..... etc. Its in a 91 Wagon "shuttle" with full coilovers, integra breaks front and back, integra interior,crx gauge cluster, anti sway all around and front tower rigid bar!! id say its making 230-240 hp at 215 lbs
