Sounds like either you have a fuel problem or a air problem

@@StitchCruzin yes completely stock other than a bwoody air filter but I changed the stock one and does the same thing as well

@@benyloaf1559 did you program the new PCM to the car ? if you know how to I would check the pcm to make sure its getting 12v with key on engine off .basied off the codes its due to barometic pressure circuit Also check the 4 sensors on the supercharger and make sure the wires are good and that they are plugged in and if the have tabs that the tabs are in all the way

So I found out that the pcm/rf hub/bcm were all from a 2016 and mines is a 2016 so the vins were miss and matched so we flashed them and put a new ecu but it would just start and stall out right away after flashing any idea what that could be? No codes after flash and programming it to 2018 recalibration just starting and shutting off now

I’ve checked for bent fuel lines looses hoses or any air leaks and nothing everything seems to be connected and in order

I know on the 5.7 the headers bolts break and cause a exhaust leak that sounds like a tick/knock but fuel knock can happen but depending on the mileage I would check the spark plugs and run that gas out and try from a different gas station if Possible You can always add in fuel system cleaner to help with that and if u have a breaker bar you can put the handle up to your ear and the other end on different parts of the engine while it’s runing to listen for the noise to see if it up top or down low

@@StitchCruzin Thanks. Yeah, I've tried gas a different places, no change. I have tried Chevrons complete fuel system cleaner and no change. I do have a mechanics scope, but couldn't hear anything at idle. I only get the marble in a can sound around 2700 rpms. I dunno. Its possible it could be the start of lifter tick. I would like to think if something serious, it would have thrown a code.

Awesome Grand Sport. I'm in the okc area too, and thinking about upgrading to a C6 GS from my 1990 C4 here soon. Get a K&N drop in filter, the factory is very restrictive, it'll sound better too.

unburnt fuel so it running rich does it feel choked out like under power could be a bad o2 sensor or clogged cat as well i would look at those

@@StitchCruzin we’re going to check the fuel injectors since it’s basically flooding the fuel I’ll give you a update , and if that ain’t it we’ll go sensor to cat like you said

@@StitchCruzin took out driver side fuel rail and put it on the run position 1 of the Injectors was wide open , just ordered the part will be here tomorrow I’ll keep you posted

@@StitchCruzin replaced the Injector no more misfire , Exhaust and idle is back to its original sound , BUT There is a nasty Tapping sound like a Lifter Tap … by your experience what could it possibly be ? It wasn’t doing this before the misfire situation.. it’s a 2015 challenger HC original owner 40k miles

I got mine right under 40k with 26000 miles

That’s low mileage but it does depend on how you drive it and if has been modified it could be (spark plugs ,coils bad fuel , damaged wires) but those are the things I would check to start

@@ChallRT I would check into your fuel system someone had one of there injectors stuck open causing a miss fire

2 days ago I was on diagnostics and with live data and everythink was ok. Answer was i cant compare German engine and Hemi engine with shaking. Somebody asks me did you control ASD relay? Maybe it can be problem 🤷‍♂️. Idk..​@@StitchCruzin
