Thank you for this! The left side of my body feels like an 80 year old. Very painful and tight from the pelvic floor to above my jaw. The right side feels like a 30 year old. It's so frustrating! I am 63.
Really important material. thanks for covering this Filippa. Can you do something about your sound because in general it's lower than what the volume setting is (I have to put the volume up to max) but also your volume is fluctuating, where sometimes it's impossible to hear you so I have to keep getting up and adjusting the volume. It's hard to relax when you have to do that. ; ) I found this the case with other of your videos. Great stuff otherwise!!
Hi Filippa. I want to try this. I don't have castor oil. I have coconut oil and olive oil (and concentrated peppermint oil and lavender oil that needs to be diluted). Would those work? Or should I go out and buy castor oil?
hi Filippa, does a woman with an enterocele, rectocele, cystocele, ureterocele, rectal prolapse have a chance of healing without surgery? Have you met a woman like that who could heal herself? I've been on postmenopause for 3 years and at the end of my strength, I don't want to live anymore, but I have to because I have a 7 year old son who needs me
Yes, there is hope for healing without surgery, even with conditions like enterocele, rectocele, cystocele, ureterocele, and rectal prolapse. I've had the privilege of working with women who have experienced significant improvements in their symptoms through non-surgical methods, including those who are postmenopausal. The body has an incredible ability to heal and adapt, and with the right guidance and commitment, positive changes are possible. It's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed, especially when dealing with multiple health issues and the responsibilities of motherhood. Your strength and resilience are already evident in your dedication to your son's well-being. There is a path forward, and it's important to take it one step at a time. 🌺
Thank you so much 🥰

You can create more balance in the body, try for example to work with the fascia 🌺
Thank you!!😄😄😄
So Awesome! I used the castor oil and indeed do love that extra traction!❤❤❤

Hello, is it possible to help pelvic floor prolapses due to paraplegia with any of your hypopressives techniques or facia work?
Hi Filippa. I want to try this. I don't have castor oil. I have coconut oil and olive oil (and concentrated peppermint oil and lavender oil that needs to be diluted). Would those work? Or should I go out and buy castor oil?
You can use any oil 🌺
