Recent 2024 Interest Rate Drop | Real Estate Stats | Talk with a Lender
Miles Pitcher, owner of Superior Lending, shares interesting info on the effect lower interest rates will have on the market as well as compelling data on pent-up demand.
In a nutshell, the demand for houses will grow as the Millennial and GenZ generations get older. By the time GenZ is 30 years old, about 17 million people will be needing homes.
According to Freddi Mac, the U.S. housing market is 1.5 million housing units below a balanced market. With a massive shortage of homes, there isn’t enough supply to meet the demand which will drive the housing prices up.

You don’t even know what the tax credit is so why should I listen to the rest of your advice ??
As of 2018, the Federal Government is offering a 30% Federal Tax Credit until 2020, not a 20% credit. At no point has it ever been 20%.
3:00 really? Heck, the buyer gets that portion of energy paid for. There's no reason to lease panels if you pay more than the price of the electricity they make. Buy them or get a loan. Looks like they got free panels when the buyer paid off the lease. Then he could have owner finances them or dismantled them to move with.
This is probably the most objective explanation of the pros and cons. Thank you.
