I seen a garden with Verbena going up each side of garden steps . About 30 in total ,it looked so impressive. I'll try taking cuttings this week and over winter inside garage window sill for spring . Fingers crossed I'll have a great display next year.

I just some semi ripe cutting of my hydrangea Fire & ice several days ago and planted them as recommended. They are all wilting - is this normal?

I love my lavender but it’s getting so leggy, and it’s become this enormous shrub with big holes from the weight of the branches. My question is, does lavender have an expiration date? Is it time to take cuttings and say goodbye this autumn?

Will basal cuttings flower in their first year?

I have tried this and it didn’t work much easier to cut of some shoots and put in a shot glass of water it grows roots quickly

Ah perfect. I saw a video of yours on taking lavender cuttings, and now they all need to be potted on. I wasnt sure whether to pinch them out or not. That's amazing you pinch them out so low. Do I take it the upper part you removed can be another propagated plant?
