Hey, everyone. I’m Jeff, a happy husband, proud papa, and a backyard beekeeper.
I’ve been a U.S. Marine for over 20 years, a husband for nine years, a father for six years, and a beekeeper for five years.
I’m was born and raised in the Sunshine State but have called North Carolina home since late 2015. I have also lived along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and in Southern California.
Most of my time outside of work is spent at home with the family or around the house working on projects. I enjoy sharing my beekeeping journey on my TH-cam channel, Cole’s Farm NC ( @colesfarmnc ). Please check it out and subscribe.

Troy Built 304H + Forester Brush Blade = Good Time! | #troybuilt #forester #firstlook #honestreview
Just wanted to share my first run with the Troy Built 304H. This is their 30cc 4-stroke weed eater. I also bought the Trimmer Plus brush cutter attachment and the first thing I did was replace the "blade" it has with the Forester 20 tooth, nine inch brush blade (this thing ain't no joke).

Cole's Farm NC: Week 2 inspection (full length)

Comprehensive inspection of my hive two weeks after transferring the 10 frame NUC. Had about four good frames of brood, nice pattern with eggs and larvae in different stages. The frames had nice honey and pollen band, some with capped honey. Spotted the queen in an usual place I didn't expect to find her.

First inspection a week after installing a nuc colony. I was able to find the queen during the transfer but not today. However, I found eggs and larvae and plan to check back in about 2-3 days to see if I can spot the queen. Check out out FB & IG page @colesfarmnc or # colesfarmnc

Surf was 1-2 ft @ 7s. Nothing spectacular but the water quality was great. Weather was in the mid 80s and the sea was around 72. Thought I was going for this one and bailed at the last second.

I watched EVERY video on this sharpener here on TH-cam. NONE of them were any good. I just bought this on Amazon and it arrived today. JUST came across YOUR video, jotted down what you had written on YOUR notes and VOILA! I just sharpened 5 different knives using YOUR notes and it worked perfectly. I have NO idea why the manufacturer doesn't just print up YOUR note and throw that in the box as a "Quick User's Guide". .THANKS JEFF ! 1 1

How many belts does it use? Are they easy to replace?
Sounds terrible as it's being put in each time. Like it's hitting the wheel in the wrong spot.
Just received on from Amazon .... left side worked fine ...right side required one to push thru some kind of obstruction and then sound was very uneven as it seemed it was only being sharpened for just the end part of the pull. Should note that the closer flap on the inside box was torn and once opened, it looked like it had been "repackaged".
@@johnnaylor1706 I am very leary of Amazon as I've been sent opened and used items almost every second order so I'm backed off Amazon alot. Try to buy local so I can check the box before leaving the store. Just sayin.

I've had the model for asian knifes for a couple of years, and it works great with my Global knife!

How did you attach it? Mine doesn't seem fit properly on my TB304S with the stock parts
Mine fit perfectly. No additional adapters are needed.
Will that still work for chipped knives?
Probably. I have this and have sharpened pretty destroyed knives. I guess it depends on how chipped it is, but use stage one until it's uniform without chips, then proceed to stages 2 and 3 like usual.
Give it a shot. Can't hurt, right?
Thanks for the video. I got the similar model but its the 130 so it has a different center stage, according to the maButnual, it has a honing steel in the middle stage. But I've used it to sharpen a few super dull knives and they are like new again. Your video explained the best way to do the stages..
