Since this show is going on peacock soon, I hope they get a better variety of black men that actually want to be married to black women. We saw how well the previous season on love island went for serena and kordel so hopefully we get more of that on mafs

In the after show, Clara said when they were out together, David and Madison left for about 30mins. She only saw them coming back and didn’t want to say anything bc she didn’t have solid proof

They didn’t really dive into Ike. When he was on the after show, he said an incident happened where they were at a baseball game and M was treating the people there a certain way. Then after the game he said that she almost ran over a woman. He said he saw himself in the woman and that’s why he said M disrespected him. So basically it’s all about perception and she didn’t actually do anything to him

9:50 Yes agree with this take whole heartedly. I find it so odd when people are outraged when they find out someone was on the show to be famous. After season one, they all are! I really disliked when they made Trevor the sacrificial lamb on season 6. Let’s be so for real, more people than not have his same intentions, this show at this point is first and foremost an unknown to influencer pipeline.

I have been hesitant writing this, and I was like, why put so much effort when Rizwan or Ashmal are not going to read it, but I am going to write anyway. I am not a reality show person, it come across as scripted at times. If this show was not scripted, then I want to say that the chemistry and understanding between Ashmal and Rizwan is so rare to find these days in this era of instant gratification. I am not sure what went behind the scenes, but if I were any of you guys, I would not have let each other go. I identify how much work Ashmal had to put, and it did feel like work, as he said, but then relationships are work after a honeymoon period. It's work when things are not okay. I see a little bit of myself in Ashmal who cares so much about what and how another person is feeling often at the expense of his ownself and yes, that at times is overwhelming. I am sorry, that you guys didn't work out and I am sorry that it didn't work with Jonathan. Jonathan too has such good, such positive energy, and it is mind-boggling that all three of you come across as such good human beings, sensitive and emotionally intelligent and yet all three of you went your own separate ways. I sincerely hope, that each one you find someone who is kind to himself and you! Sending tons of love your way!

Just came from a man’s podcast interviewing Eleonora and can I say this was a breath of fresh air - this is why I can only listen to podcasts hosted by women 😅 loved this!

Leahhhh! You crushed this interview as you have for every other interview. SO PROUD! My takeaways from this interview is Eleonora is an amazing woman and clearly cares a lot about the opinions of others. I’m afraid her level of grace is going to bite her later on if she doesn’t set firmer boundaries with Jade. She seems super self-aware and privy to Jade’s character. Jade is the worst and clearly sees Eleonora as a threat. She’s her number 1 hater and I’m shook at how chill El is about it. In terms of the show, I love El obviously. I see so much of myself in her as someone who also manages a large team. Being stern and compassionate is such a fine line to walk daily. Her looks ATE! That hot pink two piece look lives rent free in my head. I honestly loved Selling the City more than Sunset. Maybe I’m biased since I live in NYC but the drama was more work related and I appreciated how real those scenarios were. Abi was my favorite. She’s so fun and I think misunderstood. I think she could be a force with some more experience. I can tell Eleanora loves Jordyn but she wasn’t my fave. Just how she moved with Abi wasn’t great to watch even though I understood her side. Giselle needs more professionalism-in all aspects. Taylor being in two situations where she wasn’t transparent with El really pmo. I feel for her marital situation and think she’d be happier single but who am I to give marriage advice lol. All in all I hope the show gets picked up for a second season. I absolutely loved it!

Yes!!! Although Aria did a lil too much considering who her partner was... but it felt even more out of place mainly bc Mariah and Caleb are sooo fake. Even though the other couples were toxic or wrong in their own ways, at least they were vulnerable. Maria and Caleb both seemed to inconsistently reveal their intentions on the show and seemed bad only to propose?? And then the 3 year engagement??? and thank you for bringing to light that she has a podcast. Remind me to never listen to that because OMG I do not trust her insecure ass to give any kind of advice through a podcast. 😂😂
