This is beautiful! Thank you and my deepest love to Betsy and Joey
thank you so much for the kind words! 🙂
"Your channel is a treasure trove of knowledge. Every video brings something valuable to the table. Please keep sharing more amazing content!"
So Inspiring, thank you for such a great message!
thank you brother! appreciate you always 🙏🏻
I think I've said this before, but this may be the best interview you've had so far! The fact I wonder if I've said this before goes to show your growth as both a podcaster as well as a person as a whole. Fantastic episode as always! Love this one!
You’re the man. Thank you for the kind words. Can’t wait to see your channel continue to take off as well 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
That intro really hooked ya in. Very deep and beautiful moment for this mother and son. Great interview/conversation here
Thanks man ❤️
Such a great episode. Very insightful from start to finish. Loved the “slow down” message! When we received my son’s diagnosis the importance of early intervention was immediately pushed (which I don’t disagree with). But this being your first big introduction to supporting and guiding someone on the spectrum, it applies a sort of mental pressure where you feel there’s a strict window when that’s not so much the case as we see here.
Thank you so much for sharing this ❤️ I could absolutely imagine why someone would want to immediately take action in a short window of time, once your child receives the diagnosis. It’s only natural, and although I don’t have kids (yet! 🙏🏻) I bet I would be the same way. This conversation helped me more generally to remind myself to slow down and not get “over my ski’s” all the time.
Mike your best work yet. Love seeing you run this interview, highly engaged, compassionate, great questions
Dude thank you! High praise from you.
Man teared up 30 seconds in. What an incredible moment
beautiful man
This was really cool to watch - Rudy was a great guest, enjoyed listening to his story!
thank you brotha!
You have a lot more freedom in the military if you know how to make yourself an asset. One of my favorite parts of being enlisted was being given a task and having it left up to me to figure it out and then training the unit after I learned it. I'd be off on my own or in a class while everyone else was whining about having to do PMCS and crappy details. I always tried to work my way away from all that.
Thanks for sharing this 💪🏻💪🏻 I love hearing about the opportunity that the military provides. No corporate roles would let someone young be a leader / trainer, but in the military you get to do that. It’s so cool
Yep there are many jobs in the military just like the ones outside the military. Can’t get away from working…
wish i could!
Reminds me of being army...its stupid and retarded as shit most days but you also make some unique friendships. Get to do certain things that you wont do anywhere else...i also reckon a lil stockholm syndrome is there too.
Being in the squad bat was great. We just read and wrote letters, we're allowed to generally relax.
that’s awesome
Facts.... Its the comrade that we dont have after getting out.... Not a devil dog, army, but same same
Thanks for the comment and thank you for your service man 🤝🏻🫡
I don't wish i was back in the country let alone the Marines I've built a life in india
So, the actual reason why they miss their Marine days is that they didn't need to think for themselves. They were told what to do, when to do it... And then they find themselves in real life, where they need to make their own decisions. Man, I guess anyone would miss that! I hate thinking!
I appreciate your perspective. It’s always nice to hear counter-arguments. It feels a bit sacrilegious to speak so matter-of-factly on something you haven’t experienced yourself, but I will agree - I do sometimes hate thinking 🤔 😂
I do! SEMPER FI MY BROTHERS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
It’s called drama bonding
BROTHER HOOD…. NEIGHBOR HOOD…. No matter what your institutionalized..
It's the brother hood
I spent over 15 years of my life in the army, towards the end I was getting bitter, my body was broken, endured many hard days and was discharged on a medical because IED’s are unforgiving. I miss it every single day, because of the men and women to my left and right in front and behind, had my back as I had theirs and they were closer to me than my own flesh and blood. The army was the best thing I ever did and I miss my brothers and sisters every day. That will be the number one argument you hear about the military is your buddies, your family that is closer than your own biological family. The best people in the world are veterans, soldiers, marines, squids (navy), and some airmen. Sorry Air Force, but the first time I ever got shot at was by you guys, and I still hold the grudge because you guys have a hard time identifying friendly’s, even though you guys have all of the best updated and current technology while the army and the Navy and the Marines get your hand, me downs, but yet I have never been shot at by a squid or a devil dog because they can do target identification without the fancy equipment
James, this is one of the best comments i’ve ever received. thank you for your service brother. i’m in your debt.
100% man. Those bonds are unmatched
Great episode! My favorite part was definitely hearing about how excited he was to be deployed. It’s amazing how many brave men and women we have willing to serve our country!
Well said bro, we’re lucky 💪🏻🇺🇸
Nah brother you were recruit lettuce it was close enough 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Hahaha you're not wrong 😂
Well said!
Awesome, Michael
thanks brother 💯💯

If God was the most important thing to you, you’d be appearing on a podcast from your monestary.
weird
@ yeah, moral dissonance IS weird
I hope this is an encouragement to take the time to disconnect and get one on one with God in the middle of our busy days…it’s so necessary.
Yay Connor! 👍
Such a good guy! 🙂
He’s big in saying time after time ‘I don’t care what others think of me’ as he appears wherever he can and makes videos for others. As ugh he’s a beer drinker
Hmmm… I’m not sure I agree with your comment but I really appreciate you leaving your thoughts. Just because he’s making videos doesn’t mean he cares about what others think - I think he’s doing it to inspire others. Maybe I’m thinking about it wrong.

Love the honesty in this conversation
thank you so much 🤝🏻 just trying to figure it all out
You’re a true brother
You were made for this, pumped you are continuing to build it up!
thanks brother ❤️
You guys are awesome, Happy New Year! Loved the rock climbing analogy. That rock may have gotten you where you're at, but it may be time to find another one. Gotta keep moving forward.
i appreciate you more than you know BP! 💪🏻🙏🏻 i really do.
No better duo!
Yes! It’s very important to have casual conversations with the Lord. Therefore, you can grow your relationship with Christ!
So good to see Manny back again Loved the Fishing story 🤣
My one disagreement with a concept discussed (generally) is I believe in getting absurdly specific on goals. I want to make this amount by this date, and here are my quarterly target to hit that. I want to take my girl out on this exact day at this time on tuesday every night to improve our relationship.
I agree that there is value in setting very specific goals. Sometimes general goals are too broad to follow through on, or too small to encourage radical change. The danger of setting very specific goals are the feelings of failure we may experience when circumstances outside of our control prevent us from achieving them in the quantity or timing that we had set out to.
Agree with both of the above. Love you boys
Loved Mannys analogy about checking maps
are significantly reduce intake of it.
As you dog, you gotta stop playing video games hahaha
One day you are going to release an episode that will change the life of some random person, I just know it. Keep on keeping on, man!
you rock thank you SM ❤️💪🏻
Manny, if it makes you feel any better, I think very highly of you!
Thank you brother - love you. Congratulations on getting married!
Keep it up Mike! You're just going to move further forward in 2025
Appreciate you 🤝🏻 thank you as always for the support. Can’t wait to watch BP grow further in 2025 💪🏻
Mike, if you’re ever hesitating to make another video, don’t! I think I speak for all 958 of us, we are pumped every time you put up a new video!
You’re the man! You guys keep me going! 💪
Love the humility with this show. I have zero doubt that you will continue to excel and it’s not because you are extremely articulate, or ask amazing questions (which you do), but because you are committed to decades not days.
decades not days 💯 it’s HARD - but worth it.
I can’t believe some fool chased you, gotta get strapped up
you’re telling me.
Incredible episode, I love these solo episodes
thank you brother
