Fire video bro, jump the subie next!!
I don't know how you're at 900 subscribers, but bro - you're basically the definition of underrated
I really need something like the logi MX mouse, but in XL size. I have large hands and need something that sit's in the palm of my hand snugly. The cherry on the cake would be maybe a 10 degree tilt.
you should checkout the Koorui 27N7U. 4k IPS 60hz HDR400 and it has Type C for CA$298
I’ll check that out!
Ima make sum like this, it would using bending light wavelengths to create a hologram, also using hand tracking from a webcam and machine learning algorithms to create a interactive interface like a meta quest. So yeh.
this is a pretty bad video, its like reading a wikipedia but with a stroke
nice sharing
Thanks
Might have to grab the new one!!
Good video. It showed up in my feed because I was also searching for how to make a good desk pad. As an intermediate leatherworker, this is a fairly simple and straightforward project that is a great project for all levels. There a larger difference in leather costs depending on the tanning process. Veg-tan leather is typically more firm and good for most projects an you don't get as soft and supple of a feel. Think of the difference between a hard leather used for saddles (the thicker leather) and the leather used to make a quality leather briefcase or duffle bag. If you are using a veg-tan leather to make the pad, beveling is almost a must to prevent developing a hard edge that can become rubbing irritant on your arm. Undyed veg-tan can be obtained for a very reasonable price as it is used as the basic leather for leatherworkers. For a good balance, an oil tanned leather would work great. The leather would be soft, supple, and have a buttery smooth feel. I like your addition of cork backing to the thinner leather. That will definitely help prevent slipping, and I may shamelessly use your advice on my own project!
Thanks for letting me know :) this was my first leatherwork project and it was a lot of fun. Definitely much to learn!
form over function i guess. but if that's what you're into, enjoy forking over your money for what is barely beyond a fisher price tool set for children.
It’s minimalist aesthetic. It’s not a good design for most applications. at this point the awards committee just seems like a circle jerk instead of awarding actual innovation
Yeah seems like the award is catered towards the aesthetic design not the function
Tell me more about the most useless product I’ve ever seen in my entire life
Drill without changeable battery... I think with "building Ikea furniture" you nailed it 😂
The drill really says everything about the intended consumer for this product. It's a perfect design for someone who never wants to use it for more than about 20 minutes. Swappable batteries are obviously a must-have if you're going to do a few hours of work, but if you never do anything but a little light DIY repair, the simpler integrated battery with USB charging is a totally suitable solution. Although if the battery ever fails, the whole drill goes to landfill, which is unfortunate...
great review, and well made video, got a sub
Thanks for the sub!
Some of those shots tho 🔥🔥
Thanks for the honest review. Looks nice, and has an okay amount of what you'd need for the home basics, but at $269, I can buy a good number of individual tools and a basic toolbox. I put together a quick grouping of the same stuff in that Hoto box, including a better selection of driver and drill bits, multiple wrenches and screwdrivers, as well as a small socket set and Hex / Torx set in SAE & Metric, and I have $5 left over from the cost of the HOTO. I guess if you're more interested in form over function, the HOTO is a nice set, particularly if you don't have a cupboard to put stuff in, but when I look at something like what I bought for my youngest when they bought their first condo, function is way more important than form. For $264 (CAD), I just put together a list with similar hammer, Ryobi 18V One+ Drill, a 65pc drill bit / driver set, a 16' tape measure, 5 pc plier set (needle nose, standard, side cutter, slip plier, vice grip), 3 pc crescent wrench set, 3 pc multi driver set (short, medium, long), tool box, 50pc socket set and a 57 pc hex and torx set in SAE and Metric. It's not professional grade, but for taking care of those basic home repair jobs, hanging pictures, assembling furniture, this list will cover pretty much anything you'd need to do.
Totally agree! It’s not catered at all towards people that use their tools all the time, more like someone who puts together the odd furniture here and there
What lenses are you using? I want to buy the Tamron 17-70 on my Sony ev 10. Any advice? Side note: I want to use this lens for videos, street photography, portraits, etc... I also want to start foxussing on making yt videos.
Your lenses are soooo sharp gyat dayum
I’ve got my lenses in the description!
What a great fuvking video, mah guy! Holy shit I thought I was watching a channel with 1m+ subs. Keep it up!💪💪🔥🔥

@ironcrafter54 he is going to grow quickly, his production quality is top notch ☝️
Appreciate the kind words!🙏🙏
lol is this a joke? it will look like that for all aof about 3 days i toss it in the van and it will look like ass
yeah not the most practical toolbox haha
Dude totally agree! I would always prefer a rugged toolbox over this apple aesthetic one and I work in industrial design too.
04:10
Total clickbait with the Apple logo
It was meant to showcase how the design is Apple like, but I can see how its clickbaiting so I removed it. Thanks for letting me know!
Wow, what a well-produced video. It's was a joy to watch, and I don't care about the toolbox at all.
thanks! Glad you enjoyed it
you can only open one drawer at a time to prevent the thing will fall over due to too much heavy weight in the front. This is how usually offical office storage works :)
I had no idea! Thanks for letting me know :)
I like how you just jump straight into it. 👏🏽 Giving the audience what they came for!! I’m definitely subscribing, awesome video.
Thanks for watching :)
love your style and sincerity
Thank you!
How do you edge dress the leather/cork combination without the mat’s edges looking like they’re laminated? I was hoping you would show the finished edges of your desk mat. Good video though & a great concept when using lighter weight leather.
Thank you! I didn’t do any fancy finish, just beveled the edges and left it as is
@@natee_lamm , sounds like there’s no noticeable lamination where the leather meets the cork.
I liked and subbed how pls ppls pls pls
this video deserves a sub! awesome video!
Ive had this issue, and what fixed it was stretching and regular exercise and forearm strengthening exercises... Basically, go to the gym man, it does wonders to all kinds of pain.
Been going for quite awhile now and I have found improvements, but no where near where I was before thus injury
the most annoying thing that they all come with a low poling rate which hurt my eyes way more than arms. But probably it's a macOS thing
I've used a vertical mouse since 2016 for productivity work. I initially got it to help with "mouse shoulder", an RSI from using the mouse for long periods of time. The vertical mouse helped reduce the pain in my shoulder significantly. I found that I could significantly reduce forearm strain when using it by moving the entire forearm from the elbow, as opposed to moving my wrist at all. My biggest complaint is that after some time, the Anker vertical mouse I have had its surface become tacky/sticky. Luckily, they're cheap enough to replace when this happens, but I've wanted to try one of the Logitech vertical mice to see if they avoid this problem As for regular mice, I've found that the ultra-light gaming mice tend to work the best for reducing strain, because they just don't have the bulk other mice do. But, they do tend to lack the features of a productivity-focused mouse - no secondary scroll wheel, limited extra buttons in general, no infinite-scroll features. But they do work ok, especially when paired with something like the Deltahub Carpio
thanks for that info! I will have to give the utlra-light mouse a try sometime
I switched to a vertical mouse and won't go back.Completely got rid of all my hand issues, for awhile I could not use my PC for more than 30 minutes without extreme pain.
thats wonderful! I do see its benefits and it has helped me a bit as well
what about trackball mouse that use the index or middle finger instead of the thumb?
someone else suggested that too, I'll have to take a look at those
Isn't the intent with the vertical mouse that almost all cursor movement is done with the entire arm?
I hold mine with the fingertips and can do half my large screen without moving my arm at all.
maybe i've been doing it wrong all this time haha - I'll give that a shot
Solid vid. Try swimming next to rest.
thats a good idea! been meaning to get into it
Cool vid, was quite informative 👍 But I found the song to be a bit too loud to focus on your voice
noted! Thank you
cool vid, found the music a bit too loud though.
I noticed the same, and the music didnt fit the video in my opinion. It had too many high notes, like 1:25-1:50 for example. 2:35 music was a lot better.
thanks for the feedback! I will lower it next time

thank you!
Hey man, I already see some probably helpful comments, but still thought my thoughts might help. Ive had RSI for 3 years, (dequervains). You say rest is your only option, but please do more. Long story short: build up endurance and stretch multiple times a day. And try a track pad. What has helped me: 1. 1HP (TH-camr) his "fix wrist pain" 9 min routine. Been doing it for 2 months, pain still gets less every day while also picking gaming with a mouse back up 2. Ive bought a gyro ball for wrist exercise. It works great, removes stiffness directly. Google it, people really like it. 3. Use Apple trackpad. I've tried several mice, also with a gyro ball but eventually it just gives pain in other positions. It doesnt work out of the box but if you Google "Apple trackpad GitHub", you will see a post with a fix for Windows. Idk if youre on a company pc and allowed to do that but otherwise def worth it. 4. Try to find stretches that once you start, your muscles feel sore. Dont just try stretches other people say, experiment carefully yourself. Just dont stretch too hard as the muscles will pull back.
Damn, u have so high quality videos but just 500 views. + Sub
thanks!
Have you tried a Trackpad, I had this issue and moving to a trackpad helped sometimes using a combo of trackpad and a mouse. Give it a try and see.
i do bounce between my laptop trackpad as well but my fingers ache using it sometimes
@@natee_lamm Maybe it’s the posture in which you use these things, try to see where is your pain. You must be using it in stressful positions like if you keep your laptop close to your body the hand needs to bend in difficult angles and that overtime can cause the pain keep and eye on that and adjust
Have you tried any finger based trackball mice? Like the ones from Kensington, they allow much more precision and are exceptionally comfortable.
not yet but I'll take a look at that!
Just found your channel, and it is super interesting with well made videos! Keep up the good work!
Glad you like them!
Long post warning. Third/fourth paragraph and down have the helpful info if you want to skip. I have similar problems with my wrist and arm when using a standard mouse. I converted to using a trackball for 3D modeling for about 5 years now and it seemed to help greatly. However, within the last year and a half I started to get those same discomforts/pains when using the trackball. My journey brought me down a similar path and I found that switching between them helped a lot. However, I game a lot too and using anything but a standard mouse just didn't help, so I kept looking. I would recommend tying some wrist rests. I started with a standard one. But after a while I noticed it didn't help. Actually use a brace for a bit and that helped greatly. But was impractical. I have recently tried the Carpio 2.0 and the Reloot glider. They have definitely changed the game! I would recommend the reboot glider for everyday tasks. In my experience it glides better and has a nice soft texture that feels good while still supporting well. The Carpio I use for gaming now. Tried the one with the strap cause I was a little tired of having to readjust sometimes with the Reloot. The carpio doesn't glad AS smooth as the reloot, but if you started out with the carpio you probably wouldn't notice like I did. Overall they have taken away the pain and discomfort I have when using a normal mouse and while I don't use them with the track ball I don't get any pain/discomfort using it now. Would highly recommend and please let me know if you do and it helps!!
Thanks for your comment! I do have a carpio and use it for the regular mouse. I find it helps with the lower wrist pain a bit, but not so much fro my upper forearm.
That's fair! I've never had upper forearm pain when using a mouse thankfully. All of it centers around the wrist, so what you said fits quite well. Also I'm glad to hear you have used it too. This way others can get another opinion on the carpio. I wish you the best in your journey and maybe one day we'll have a mouse that can actually help all of us that deal with this🤞
Wow great video, Thank you
