Qatari contemporary composer, songwriter, and symphonic artist drawing on her rich cultural heritage and influenced by her love of world music, her work is a blend of Arabic-influenced contemporary classical, epic in scale, and universally accessible. Dana is the Cultural Ambassador of the internationally renowned Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra and the official composer of Qatar Airways.

Dana has delved into musical theatre, composing the music for “Broken Wings”, the first Middle East Musical that arrived at the West End, performed in various theatres around the globe in 2019. Dana's latest musical, “Rumi” is based on the story of the 13th-century philosopher & poet Rumi, premiering in the West End later in November 2021.

Dana's forthcoming album “INDIGO”, is a multi-sensory experience through the whole spectrum of light, color, and sound, performed by a chamber orchestra of 7 musicians.
