I also don’t like the elf shimmers. The problem is (as you know Milli) cosmic brushes and the pastel roses have the market in shimmers etc so no one else can do it sadly. I bought one aswell and was really disappointed. I only gave it a go because it’s Elf. And when you Elf get it wrong? They don’t normally so it’s a real shame. 😢

I'm glad the 17 blush was ok and didn't blend away. I would try the black honey dupe, it's nice. I ordered mine online. The elf eyeshadows look very disappointing. I have the urban decay one and it's lovely. The sleek lip volve lip oil i liked so you could maybe try instead of the pigment ❤

I love this look Milli! And I love that Beauty Bay palette. I need to dig mine out. Can I ask a stupid question though? How the hell do you work out the colour matching on made by Mitchell foundation? I have lb4 but it seems so light. So if I want one shade darker do I go up or down in numbers?? I know it’s a mad question but I don’t seem to get it right. And of course it’s harder now that you can’t even get it anyway!😅 I have emailed Mitchell on his actual website but they never answer so I’m a bit stumped. Not sure if you even know but hey I figured I had nothing to lose to ask you! 😊. Thank you. Xxx

QUESTION: How did you get it to work, cuz mine doesn't wanna pump out, almost like it's clogged or something.

🤣the eyeshadow and lipstick are from at least the late 70s (because my mum used to do them!)- with only fingers or those tiny shadow applicators readily available (shadow brushes weren't really a thing for every day consumers as far as I'm aware back then) that was how it was done, with a light buff of the edges with the face powder brush or a scratchy eye brush🤷‍♀️ i dont think i got actual eyeshadow brushes until the mid 90s tbh🤯🤣the lipstick blotting we also don't need anymore as technology has allowed for longwear lipsticks etc, but the old lipsticks were awful and this was definitely needed to keep those suckers on👍 You were cracking me up during this🤣🤣🤣🤣😘

Milli use sweet almond oil around your eyes at night for eye circles. Just make sure you do not have any allergies to nuts if that is a no go use castoroil it's got to be organic and in a glass bottle also good for eye brows and eye lash growth and also very good for dry skin its good for most stuff look in to it.

Wow these are very similar Milli! I have the undergrowth palette and the smaller one from BB so I guess between them I can do loads of looks. 😊

Been wanting to try Cosmic Brushes but Beauty Bay got me every time thanks to their low US shipping fee! So glad to see that the quality isn’t too far apart between the two. Hard to beat CB’s unique color stories though. Looks like they’re coming out with 2 more palettes by end of year so I’ll hold out a bit longer.

Honestly, I prefer the Beauty Bay side, it's a bit more punchy and the tones are more my style. Loved the video! I have a 16-pan Earthy and I don't think it could dupe the Cosmic Beauty one.
