This is really awesome, l appreciate 😊
Joe doesn’t need to hire a Starship. Just ask submariners for understanding life in a tin can for 6 months. Hell of a lot cheaper safer & more feasible to colonise under the ocean than in space.
Great update. Thanks
great talk , Common wealth great project !
Brilliant, always developing, love these insights
Great talk, thanks. Nice to hear about the project team's working methods, sounds like a great team to work with / be involved with 😅

If Neuralink works, can you imagine the Total Addressible Market? 🤯
Great episode

Great video! China is well known for intellectual property theft. I worry that China is stealing Tesla's product and process IP innovations. I believe IP theft is the reason BYD is the only other manufacturer that can manufacture EVs at a profit. Every other EV manufacturer is losing money on each and every unit they sell, even thoroughbred EV manufactures like Rivian and Lucid. What do you think?
Intellectual property protection is indeed a significant concern, especially in the context of China's reputation for intellectual property theft. While it's important to remain vigilant about protecting Tesla's innovations, it's also worth noting that the landscape of intellectual property rights enforcement and business practices is complex. We as Pragmatic Talks, don't have any experience regarding the Chinese EV market, but if you're interested in the topic of creating digital products, we invite you to watch our other videos. Thank you for your feedback!
It’s so true
You can actually change that shadow by moving your fingers in a different direction
Wrong you can change that shadow directly by moving your fingers a different direction
How do I get the next section Joe mentioned

10:24 The most profitable and fastest growing construction company in history is definitely not the Boring Company. I also doubt X is the most profitable and fastest growing software company in history.
Twitter was losing money for it's entire existence with a few quarters exception. Elon made it break even in 2 years against huge woke campaign, and with a fraction of the original staff while also deployed more new features than the original management with 3x more people in a decade. Innovation will pay off, just keep following the story.
Awesome video!!
Glad you enjoyed it
Ha ha awesome even sleep deprived! ♥ Tip #1 set the big inspiring directional goal and align budgets to that. #2 if you are not at senior leadership, work to shrink the budget planning cycle as short as possible. #3 Use any public AI to automate any response someone asks of you, and for any query you want to ask your manager, focus on the actual engineering work building value! ♥
thanks for your lil explanation about the top of the rocket, youre professional.

I'm working in LeSS many years. This video is great explanation on "why".
I really like that. My experience proves also the relationship between structure and culture. Many good examples. The only question mark is the point if it's cheaper / better to train people or maybe sometimes it's better to change the structure. Taking in my mind that the goal of the company is to make money. Sometimes you need to get results fast - in the short run to survive.
The decision between training people and restructuring a company depends on various factors. It would be great to apply this question to a real-life example and discuss it. What do you say, Michał? Are you available to record some Pragmatic Talks soon? :D
