In this video I tried to cut down on the noise of the Ankermake m5 by building it an enclosure. I also added in lighting and ventilation which can all be controlled remotely! Thanks for watching and let me know if you have any questions I can answer in the comments below.
Fun build, quick saftey note, don’t use a bench grinder for aluminum. It can make a wheel designed for steel explode. Unless you’ve got an aluminum specific wheel.
I had no idea! Thanks for letting me know I’ll be sure to check the wheel next time to make sure it’s compatible
Bravo habibi, come build a wife for my son

The 2AM Podcast boys finally make an appearance
Bravo basbuilds good build

Good job bass👍🏽
Great work basbuilds!
Great build, love it!!!
Fantastic!
This channel cures my anxiety
I thoroughly enjoyed watching the cruising montages
I'm waiting on my printer to arrive in the mail. Would you be able to tell me the dimensions of your cabinet? Figured I could throw something together really quick while I'm waiting on shipping.
Sure! The inner dimensions are 28.5inches wide, 21.5 deep and 30.5 inches tall. Hope that helps!
@@Basbuild Perfect, thank you!
You know that's a nice little Blaster how hard does it shoot what's the FPS on it A lot of high-end hobby grade Nerf blasters like the ones that I review on my channel they do 3 and 400 FPS usually even the ones right out of the box like the Nexus X that does 200 out of the box and you can buy that at Walmart As far as a dart actually being lethal unless you monkey with the ammo no not really
You should utilize a rubber tube (contained in PVC) to use as a make shift bladder/air reservoir, would be much safer when aired up and should allow for more shots without airing up each time.
I need a coffee station for my store 😂😂😂
I can tell you it has more then one flaw 😂. Nice build!
amazin
Good job
MashAllah
Fantastic
Very nice
The bed, to be long enough, would go diagonal?
Nice build. Enjoy camping!
Did you use your left handed drill for those upside down pocket holes?
I sure did. How’d u know!
What’s the fps?
When I make a mistake, it's an "opportunity" instead. Many "mistakes" have become something not planned for that is far better the original plan.
Happy little trees
thats gotta hurt
Next up you shoot top g
woah u better not be talking about me
@@omarabou-harb6313 you’re the only top G I know
I live for the added humor in these videos
Did you drill out the air restrictor in the bolt? Bc if not you’re losing a lot of your air and you could be getting much better performance
I did! It’s still not a perfect build but it does the trick.
I’m unclothed watching you bounce on some hard wood
PLEASE put a new breech in and make the tank smaller, stock Nerf brand blasters have a dart post and air restrictor so you can't use short darts in them out of the box. I mean, I guess you can brute-force through it anyways... but please google "longstrike pusher breach" or "longstrike brass breach" and make the tank drastically smaller before this turns into a frag grenade
The air restrictor was removed and the dart gets placed in the front barrel by the breach pusher so it doesn’t use the original nerf post thing. I’m curious, how would having a smaller tank affect the safety of the tank? PVC is rated for 300 psi and I’m no where near that
@@Basbuild It's more that with a more efficient breach, you wouldn't need a tank this absolutely huge (for reference, the Nerf Titan has a tank that's considered pretty huge by hobby standards, and this looks to be about 3 times the size of one of those). I'll admit I'm not that experienced with compressed air builds like this but I've seen enough of other people's builds to know that something this oversized and inefficient is just increasing the risk of something going wrong, and that can get pretty nasty with compressed air (as another commenter pointed out, something exploding is the absolute worst-case scenario). Sorry if my first response came off a little hostile, it's still an impressive build, just as someone who hangs out around nerf hobby spaces the areas for improvement jumped out way more strongly to me. Try googling "longstrike xbz" or "longstrike 4b" if you want an idea of what a more typical build looks like.
the valve is definitely a HUGE bottleneck. designing a scaled up version of a spexbz might be cool and perform really well
That’s exactly what I need. Happy to share the plans - I’m happy to pay.
I think it would hurt pretty bad as well
I love air powered longstrikes
Ha ha. That's real to my build. I swing up and am in bed, and it's easy to take off if I need to get out of dodge. Tint on the back half with dealer sunshades makes it hard to figure anything out. 💋
I like the look of it with the barrel attached. It reminds me of the charged shotgun from fortnite
Homemade nuclear bomb when
Amazing! But using PVC to contain pressurized air is a terrible idea, it is possible for it to explode and send the PVC as shrapnel everywhere. I would suggest using metal plumbing pipes that are threaded. Hawki007 has some videos of HPA blaster tests that show what i'm trying to say.
Also yes, this would make it heavier, but its safer.
I’ll have to look into it and give it shot. Appreciate the feedback!
using a c02 wouldve been cooler
Maybe for an updated video I will!
New sub. Love the MacGyver vibes... Keep going.
what cordless stapler or nailer is that
All the tools I use are Ryobi. I believe it's the Ryobi Brad nailer 18G
Good job
Awesome build
So dope
G?
Dear god, I did not expect it to be that strong omh
Nice job! I love your creativity. It was great seeing solutions for non-full time van life. (And sympathies, definitely no woodworking in slippers!)
