Mean rate consumed changing into original form giving energy . This comment from my physiology learning in medical school before listening to lecture. I see comments before listening to any lecture. I might change my reply after listening. ATP is like money currency of energy.

Wow! Anxiously awaiting AI assisted Tx especially where it concerns identifying A-Fib in difficult cases.where diagnosis is difficult. Also of major concern is the power of our milk, egg and meat industries in dictating public nutritional guidelines plus the FDA's allowance of various names for sugar in the labeling content process. How regulations for highly processed foods perpetuates low nutrition for Americans by facilitating profit over health and well-being..

Thank you. Yes resistances training works. At 75 year- I feel better than I did at 30. I don't have any pain in my body at all. I learned to swim at 70. I'm in the gym 3-5 times a week. I own 3 bikes. I very, very much enjoy biking. I'm grateful for my active life. I thank God!

You lost me at "we joined mice together so they shared the same circulatory system then we injured one to see what would happen". You have to be pretty twisted and psychopathic to think it's perfectly OK to carry these kinds of twisted experiments out, all in the name of human longevity. This is NOT ok. You should all be deeply ashamed. This is what makes the human race so deeply flawed, the torture and abuse of other sentient beings to extend our own lives. It should be illegal and punishable!!

    • @jp7357

In that case when you get sick do not allow the doctor to prescribe any drugs as they were all tested on mice.

We at Yuvan Research are way ahead, having produced multi-organ rejuvenation in living rats, and in one case (my own), in human skin. Turn Bio is only dealing with the symptoms of aging and not its cause. I wish them luck if we don't beat them, in which case I wish us luck because we have the solution ("E5")and proof that it works and want nothing more than to provide humankind with undreamed of opportunities. To extend youth is to delay the diseases of aging, and give people those "golden years" that people worked their whole lives for which now are increasingly painful and debilitating years and replace them with growing younger, ("youthening" as opposed to "aging"), regaining lost abilities or perhaps never losing them. This will mean revolutionary change for humanity as our methods are cheap, moral, and sustainable. Rejuvenation for the masses, not just the billionaires.

Except Dr. Wallace, the panelists look so unhealthy. How can unhealthy people have any clue as to what makes a human healthy? <smh> Compare these people to Dr. Paul Mason, Dr. Brett Scher, Dave Feldman, Elliot Overton, etc. Just as I wouldn't take financial advice from broke people, when it comes to health, I wouldn't put much weight on the opinion of unhealthy people.

Excellent video! I found the dietary information unique and in line with my experience. I am a 77 yo man who feels better and am more active than I was 20 years ago. I walk 5 to 10 miles almost every day (sometimes 15 miles), and do body weight exercise daily. I tried some fasting but got concerned with the implications for nutrients, especially protein. So I eliminate sugar and processed carbs - almost eliminate but severely restrict - it's not a religion! I also take NMN and Metformin. My main concern is balance. That has deteriorated. I am looking for methods to improve that. I have a girlfriend who shares our walks and bed. I do analytics for a large health care group, with some experimenting in artificial intelligence. Thank you for a very thoughtful presentation.
