So informative! I'm looking at getting used either a TW or an XT225 depending what I can find and where. Your video will be my go-to to improve a TW if that's what I end up getting. If you ain't got no container to wash it use a plastic bag in the sink and press down on it to push out the dirt and oil with running warm water and liquid soap. Wrap it with a shirt sandwich it with something like books, stand on it to Squeeze out the water. Put it infront of a fan and get both sides till its dry in an 1hr or less then oil it 🛢

Im here after i cut a deal with my buddy Tamoor Pervaiz who does Mods on TH-cam offered me an exchange for his dad's Honda XL 185S which he wanted to buy back from me so he could gift it back to him as it originally was his dad's bike. He promised me a TW 200 equipped on a Yamaha Serow Chasis stock fitted and completed within 6 months. And im sharing all these videos with him to get him to make it my dream bike. I like Yamaha.. never gave me any problems when i first got on an Enduro 100.. then got a Kawasaki KE 175, then the Honda and now finally looking to come back to Yamaha. Thanks for this educated knowledgable review.

I have had the exact same system on my WR250X for about 4 years now and no problem. Only issue is when dirt gets between the tire and rim it will create a slow leak. Easy fix though, just clean the area.

Aluminum skid plates affects handling that is why on the standard size bikes they use plastic and the noise comes 2nd

Nice trail. Just challenging enough to get real then backs off a little. Looks like a lot fun. Just got one more day in my work week then I'll be heading out for a nice all day ride.

I swear I get one more goat head I'm doin this lol. Been pretty good only one puncture over the last year. Now I take a repair kit with me off road and the weight is annoying, haven't needed it yet. got the sahara tire sealant and a spare tube, tools, air compressor. Tubeless would be so much easier.

Yes sir. I’m on the 244. And it is heavy and it doesn’t bite in the loose stuff. Slips right out. Not sure what psi I’m at but it’s real low to suck up the bumps and roots. I might try the 241. Was just talking about my 244 on my ride today. 👍🍻🇨🇦

I love to ride this trail on my motorcycle and have had numerous run ins with people who think motorcycles are not allowed. Let me enlighten you all out there. It's called Gold Camp Road. It is still to this day classified as a road with the city of Colorado Springs and is not a trail. So that motorcycle has more "Right" to be on that road than all the people walking or riding there bicycles in the middle of a ROAD! So please go hike somewhere else and stop clogging up our road so we can ride or learn to share. Oh yea there are people who still own property off this ROAD!

Great video. I'm 53, been working butt off and looking forward to getting some riding in this year. Just put bunch of Bradley mods on my 21 T dub, and man it's a new bike. 26 inch fat tire on back with heavy rear shock, 2 inch fork extenders, 1 inch lower and 1 inch back foot peg mounts with big pegs, 2 inch handle bar risers, 70 tooth sprocket, man it's a hill climber now, cruises at 40 and will scream out topped at 52, but that bottom the is amazing and I love that raised seat height, raised ground clearance, and cushy ride. Just can't wait to go back to Moab with it again, then a little later go do Alpine loop and black bear pass, and of course go do these 717 trails. Thanks for this great video. Keep em coming.

Wore my last pair for From 1997 /2021 trials every week keep em clean and slare some nicwax on them stay water proof have balance oiled now with waterproof liner I’m expecting them to outlast me this time 😂

Way too busy. You can imagine the letters 😞.. i wonder it is like mid week early or late in season. For high mountain drop off trails I prefer my 4wd. Going so much slower. A lot less sketchy. Glad you're ok. Great riding skills.

I musta' missed the parts where you compared the tube vs. tubeless rear tire: difference between them in ride quality, grip, heat buildup, acceleration, reliability holding air pressure, running at 8 psi in soft mud & sand & snow.

Use the kind of quick on/off goggles like "Ichy Boots" wears. Easy on and off with one hand. I bought mine at a Honda/Yamaha shop. It uses Velcro.
