What are you guys talking about? Yeah, we know that copper is superior. But PEX totally works. It has been used successfully for many decades in millions of homes. Also, there's no reason to really bend PEX pipes.

Unfortunately this “agent” doesn’t predictably has no experience knowledge of the chemistry or even construction. of course, Kay copper throughout the house soldered by an experienced master plumber and properly pressure tested is going to be superior to a competently installed PEX system. But pack systems have been used, especially in Europe for many many decades without any of the crowd he is describing them when properly installed now of course in Europe they have tight relation and they actually have billing inspectors here we don’t especially in Florida where he’s at in Texas, etc. but that’s an entirely different narrative than the ignorant one that he is pushing, I’m not saying a properly installed pics. System will last 100 years but the reality is most copper won’t even from a problem because difference between a system and an idiot we’re probably talking 3 to 4 times the cost. I would love to have a copper in my house, but it’s not a good use of my money regardless of my budget. There is also the difference between one of them is rigid, a thicker wall and much less attacked by chlorine. Please do your homework. There must be 100 solid explanation of packs. He obviously has not listen to any of them.nb tech systems reduce spices to the minimum or if we planned absent except at the terminal fixture and the manifold exposed in the basement, you could never do that with copper. You also can avoid multiple fittings that unique with copper to get around corners, etc. those are going to be your large pointsitself is not going to burst at even 10 times the pressure house and the coupling, especially if crammed properly are probably double or triple that

Don't bother watching this vid, there's nearly nothing about why PEX is failing, it's two failed contractors sitting around smelling their own farts.

My favorite part is when he explained the actual and specific failures or problems with pex. This definitely added value!

go above and beyond the minimum standard, but don't bother installing copper because of labour cost. put in plastic that becomes brittle for the next guy instead, got it. also don't argue, just buy the book. this all makes perfect sense!

I once did a 2,000,000-square-foot building. I also got to do a 100,000-square-foot 1890's ice cream factory in downtown Chicago. Every commercial inspection is fun, exciting, and unique.
