Haha sorry- It can be a bit confusing- it’s about my OC Haden. The desc has a bit more info but it’s about his childhood and how he sort of lost his innocence as he grew up and became a mercenary to save his mother.

This is SO COOL!? I love the contrast of the naiveness & happiness he demonstrated as a child vs. when he grows up. It seems like the mom did a ton for Haden to live comfortably despite the lack of a father figure. What a woman. But the trauma of growing up & shit happening is so real, dude ✨😭✨ I'd love to see more of this story!! Kinda invested ngl 👀

You don't understand the airbrush tool is my BIGGEST ENEMY! EVERYTIME I USE THAT THING IT LOOKS MUDDY ASF- i swear everytime i see a airbrush tool on ibispaint or anywhere else i immediately get an ick and stay 5 meters away from it 😭
So real of u 😭😭😭 atp i can only use it for like rlly low opacity overlays and that’s it 😭 im so jealous of the people that have an art style where airbrushing actually looks good lol
It's kinda unrelated but I really used to hate the symmetry, it doesn't work on humans at all ! And I agree. But I recently created an angel character and they're also kinda creepy and uncanny. And uncanniness can be a nice tool for storytelling so I've turned them into this "perfect creepy angel creature" :D Kinda like the angel Gabriel from the Mandela Catalogue

The run cycle was prob ~2 hrs n then editing was maybe an hr -hr n a half ish? I honestly don’t really know lol
