We can't wait to move back to the Philippines and live there for good. We currently live in Florida, where the weather is similar to the Philippines, but we want to raise our children in the Philippines. Hopefully, we can make the move after my daughter finishes her 8th grade. She is currently in 7th grade. We are so excited! 😊

I am so happy for you guys that you had the guts while you were young. You are seeing your kids grow up instead of them taken cared by the day care and hardly noticing if they learn some bad habits in the day care. You fetch them, rush them to eat get ready for sleep, bring them back to day care the next day and work most of the weekdays. Weekends are spent getting ready for the next week and the next thing you know, they are more attached to their friends than they are to you. Surely the children are afforded everything however they care more what their friends say than what you tell them.

All I know is America is so expensive and government control. We need to live free

Thanks for the video, my monthly budget is $1500 and I live in Tunasan, Muntinlupa City plus don't rely living pension to pension, you need extra savings and emergency funds. I'm very happy enough not paying any mortgage or rent. I know 5 farangs living there and all military veterans.

You guys are so inspiring and amazing with your accomplishments so far. I have a question on the A frame at your other site. Looks good, we wanted to built as well but my wife cannot tolerate warm or hot. Is A Frame great idea? Do have any recommendations? What different will you do if you have to built it again? What I notice here in the United States people are angry.

Just remember that healthcare in Pinas is so expensive. Living in the province is cheaper but when it comes to healthcare, doctors doesn't have advance medical knowledge. Hospitals are ill equipped. If you need a more complex tests, procedures or major surgery, you have to go to Cebu or Manila. It ain't cheap. Major surgery cost 1.5 million pesos.

To those that don't have millions, please don't judge us as we didn't necessarily work that hard to reach two, three or five million. A lot of people with high net worth let their investments work for them while they slept like a baby at night. Of course there's an initial grind but that's just like any plane that needs to take off from the ground to reach altitude.

Hi, may tanong po sana ako if u don't mind and hope ro hear from you. Are you still receiving CCB since you moved? We will be moving for good soon too and, we have 1 and 3 yr old. Sayang din yong CCB ng mga bata. I was planning to keep filing the tax once there since may renewal/ trailer commission akong matatanggap, that is if I can keep my license.
