Also, when it comes to a fight video game, that is a tournament, here's what I want, I want to know, who what when where why tournament, and not just, fighting because, it's really cool. As much as I love fan service, I need a excuse, for these characters to want to fight each other. I like knowing, who are you, and why are you here. I have a few ideas for some specific mechanics these characters could have, if you're interested: Zuko should be a Stance Swap character; by doing an input, Zuko swaps between Firebending and Sword wielding. Both states are separate and give him access to different moves to adjust his playstyle on the fly. Varrick's most iconic catchprase is "Zhu Li, do the thing!", so I think it'd be appropiate to make him a Puppet Fighter, summoning Zhu Li to "do the thing" (perform a move) after which the player can perform an attack or two as her before controlling Varrick again (or maybe they'd be both active at the same time!). Since you mentioned DB FighterZ, this concept is similar to Android 18's moveset, in case you want some point of reference. Personally I believe Jinora works best on her own if we're going with the 3v3 (or 2v2) fighting game with assists approach. Her Astral Projection is practically made for an assist, where maybe she could buff your other character's stats for a short period of time or any other effects. I'd make Bumi a grappler because this roster lacks a conventional grappler, and Bumi is really built like one. Obviously all the Avatars would tap into the Avatar State and unleash a powerful attack for their Super move, but what if Wan had more than that? He has the closest connection to Raava thanks to being the first Avatar, so It'd be awesome if, after meeting a few requirements, he had access to an Install (transformation Super) that puts him in the Avatar state for the rest of the match. Picture this; Wan is at low health and the last character on your opponent's side, you think your victory is guaranteed, but all of a sudden you hear the Avatar State theme start playing as Wan transforms and becomes extremely powerful in a last ditch effort to beat you. Wouldn't that be epic?

I'm a very big fan of the roster, especially the Nintendo side. I'm a fan of crossover fighters that have weird characters in their roster nobody would have expected, though I think Pokemon is a good pool to pick from there. Imagine a world where like, Vivillion is playable in a fighting game. That's a world I want to live in.

Personally, on the Zelda side, I'd go with a character from one of the Zelda games that Capcom made. So Minish Cap, or the Oracle games. Vaati is probably the obvious choice.

I would suggest six DLC characters; three from each company. From Nintendo, we'd have Luigi, Meowth, and Ayumi Tachibana from the Famicom Detective Club series. From Capcom, we'd have Ken, Jon Talbain, and Dr. Wily.

Ain't no way you put in 5 characters from Star Wars but just Mickey I'm gonna be honest, I kind of hate this roster. I think you're giving yourself too many limitations and letting your biases show too much. Your Avatar roster was too safe, this one is too crazy. I'm sorry dude but you're not super great at this.

It would be cool if Jet's moveset involved commands from his fellow Freedom Fighters, like calling in a volley of arrows or a command grab from Pipsqueak.

This is a crossover I personally don't ever want to happen. I just don't think Nintendo's aesthetic is a good match for Capcom's style. Certain Capcom characters do fit, and I'm okay with them showing up in Smash, but seeing a company primarily known for their family friendly characters alongside a company where most of their most beloved characters aren't just doesn't work for me. Morrigan and Resident Evil monsters just don't meld well with Mario and Inklings.

Using lesser known and weird characters is nice and creative, but sometimes obvious choices are obvious because...well, they just should be there. Not including Peach, Zelda, or Ganondorf just leaves an awful hole in the roster. It's like if Chun-Li wasn't there for Capcom.

Nintendo vs. Capcom somehow would be lame. Considering Nintendo won't letting much "violence" stuff, they would handle too much ended up censoring lots of thing as a result. Sega vs. Capcom is what pretty much I want.

I would personally swap Skull Kid for Midna. Skull Kid has very different variations and that Midna has a great deal of potential as a blend of a zoner and a grappler character. Also; I’d include Zangief, just because the poster of him staring down with Donkey Kong would tell you everything you need to know. Especially with the idea of DK to be a Grappler.

I think Vanessa Schneider from Pn O5 would be interesting mechanically. I wanted her for Marvel 3!
