i think the fish with sharp teeth and the black rose symbolizes poisoning. first thing i noticed, is when you enter the room, the music sounded kinda off. and maybe, the villagers/cannibals there poison people to death in order to cook 'em up. and the with the attic that had lots of fish tanks, for me it symbolizes the villagers who witness their friends/families get slaughtered and eaten while all they could do is watch.
