Hi, My wife and I are doing side-to-side cruises to Alaska out of Vancouver in June-July 2025. First ship is Celebrity Solstice, then on Royal Serenade OTS. When and how do we let Celebrity know we want to do the "Express Walk Off" ? We would like to get off the ship as early as possible and back into the boarding lines for the Royal ship, we plan to try to get earliest boarding time. Do you know if it would be helpful to get The Key with Royal Caribbean on the Serenade ? Just trying to pre-plan and think of anything to avoid standing in long lines more than we have to. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

How about the jillionaires paying their employees what they are worth and not have them relying on the kindness of strangers. Do these daily grats appear on the ship's P&l ? Are they reported as part of the ship's payroll ? This may be more of a benefit to the line than to the workers. I can't imagine the millions of $ collected and 100% going to crew without some 'administrative fees' being removed...only in the Americas 😊

One other method of communicating with others in your party is by using Whatsapp. Not sure if it only needs the INTRANET or requires internet. Adding the Perk of that onboard app comms to either Gold or Platinum and above latitudes members would encourage loyalty, but that won't happen while Harry Sumners is mostly a shareholder friendly person and not concerned about anything that don't make shareholders bucks!

I still need to know if the ban of Walkie Talkies is for a specific band or all. Because there are commercial Walkie Talkies and there are Family band Walkie Talkies. I sent an email to my PCC to see if it is ALL Walkie Talkies or just the commercial band which might interfere with onboard staff comms. If NCL does not know there are 2 bands and one would not interfere with their staff comms they might need to learn and think about allowing ones that won't cause them problems. Talking about those terminal people not knowing how to know one band Walkie Talkie from another. I expect them to be lazy and go with banning all.

Are you triple paying if you pay a general $20 a day service charge, buy the drink package which includes the gratuity and then tip the bartender as ship guests tell me that they do???

If you do forget to logout and all your minutes disappear, you can go to the Internet Cafe, wait in the line, and the tech person can restore your minutes. Basically, they verify that you weren't actively using the internet and then they restore the minutes.

Happy Birthday! How many Cruise Next certificates can I use when booking a balcony???

OK I'm sailing in December and want to buy Cruise Next credits to book a cruise through Europe in May, 2025. How many CruiseNext Credits will they let me purchase. And, I can't reasonably spend that many onboard credits during my December trip. I wonder if the credits would help me that much. Or if I'm just spinning my wheels, so to speak.

Hi, thank you for the video. I was recently on NCL and bought 8 CruiseNext certificates. I was told they were for OBC. So, when I book another cruise with NCL, either with them directly or with a 3rd party agent, do I need to advise regarding the certificates or they will be added automatically in my account? tnx
