If this is your first time reacting to a Lamy's song, I strongly suggest you check out one of her other originals called 'Fleur' (this is a beautiful song and the MV is gorgeous too) or her cover of "Betelgeuse" with Okayu. Lamy is one of the many overlooked talents when it comes to music since she's one of the members with the smallest musical output, which is too bad, imo. She rarely does karaoke outside of members-only streams but her singing is beautiful (and low voice Lamy is something to behold).

She's the mascot of the Hololive drunkard trio with Aki and Noel (with Raden as their new disciple) and if you notice, she introduces herself as liver-face Lamy (courtesy of Korone).

This song released to celebrate the 2nd Hololive Physical King Contest that she's hosted every year on her birthday. If you want to check Lamy, the Hololive Physical King Contest is highly recommended, She's invited one member from each generation as a representation and make them to do physical competition, it's so hilarious.

What I love about luna say maybe as a song is that despite the fact I don't know the context it was released in I am still able to picture an entire character arc from how the song goes. I got the vibes of a song that would be played at a concert where they decide to make a song to tell the public about the journey up to that point,like at the end of this arc.(and the song going full cycle by starting and ending with the same phrase sells it for me even more)

since you liked Ars's voice, I'll give you a fun fact about her. Just 3 years ago, she wouldn't have been able to go with that project, and I'm not just talking about the song, but joining that group for that event too. Ars Almal, from Nijisanji, is one of the biggest sweetheart you can find, with a big side of troll, but the most defining side of her personality when she debuted and for a few years after that was her extreme case of social anxiety. What I mean by that is, think Aqua or Ayame and multiply that by 2 to 3 times, she was the worst case of social anxiety I've seen either in the vtuber community or outside of it. She litteraly cried on stream when she joined a huge collab in minecraft to try and help them find diamonds, but didn't find the "right" time to talk to them and wasn't able to join the conversation because she was scared she would bother them. Yeah, she came a long way from then. She really came out of her shell and, even though she is still very shy, she is able to join conversation with a little efforts and she can speak to more than 2 people at the same time, something she was mainly able to do with her own unit called Blues. Said unit was composed of her, Aiba Uiha and Mayuzumi Kai. Unfortunately, she is the only remaining member of Blues, which means she lost her closest friends in the company, but thankfully, she could make more of them.
