I’d go unusuals. You only really notice aussies in the kill feed or when they’re big (Rocket launcher, Minigun, Sniper rifle). When’s the last time you saw an Australium Knife on a guys loadout?

I did get a aussie force of nature in 14 tours but gotten a green energy vintage vort for medic ... so i just trade the gun for 14 keys (dont judge me i dont main scouts and i main medics)

stranges are becoming more expensive than unusuals. god do any of you know the market??? mann co crate original stranges are going way up right now, especially for weapons with no cosmetic alternative limited items in general, mvm is endlessly farmable

1 year later. Australiums are nice. But honestly I much prefer unusual weapons to them. The GOOOOOOOOOOOLD thing is nice but when I can make a set match with hot or cool or even isotope it is awesome.

I only care about golden weapons since those are the only items I can actually see. Unusuals just are pay to lose.

nice thing about aussies if you dont have to try and get them, a lot of people play mvm mann up just for the thrill, aussies are like a side benefit

few things, golden wrench is actually just gold, the saxxy is aussie tho, and the aussies struggle where unusuals shine where unusuals can be applied to strange hats and whatnot, but aussies can't be festive or have a botkiller on them, they can be festivized though

ive always been a 'warpaints > hats' person but i cant see how ppl genuinely prefer australiums over unusual warpaints, i could only see myself getting an australium due to the strange counter, but strange unusual warpaints also exist (just at a higher price) imo a warpainted weapon with a cool effect is just better than a shiny yellow colored weapon with a kill counter
