Feedback from our design team: The 4-Way nose piece is already a jacketed harness. Once we connect our loose wires to that 4-Way, all of the exposed wiring is wrapped in plastic wire loom and secured to the tubing tongue with cable ties. Nothing hangs loose. After the loomed wire passes over the axle it enters aluminum tubing in the rear of the trailer for additional protection. There are all kinds of alternative wiring harnesses that can be made by different vendors but they are usually not modular enough to accommodate all of the different length, height, and custom lighting request combos we have to do; and consumers generally don’t want to pay for that additional cost when our wiring is already above most comparable standards.

Hi Alex, The TCH uses a hydraulic dampening system for the tilt, and it features torsion (not spring) axles. See full specs at: legendmfginc.com/tilt-car-hauler/

I was told that it is in the queue to be built soon I guess, possibly in the next week or two. Hopefully I will have it by the end of March or beginning of April so I can outfit it for spring use. The Legend DVN is available in 7x17 or 7x19 (+ other odd-increments, not the 18' or 16'), but to have the awning and relax package as shown in this video, you'll need to place a custom order through a dealer. Hi Problem Slayer -- The rear door height is 73" tall x 71" wide on all FTV 7' Wide models. The interior height is 78". Height upgrades at +6" and +12" are available.
