Ive always wondered why the train enters the station much faster and slows down quicker in underground stations compared to overground ones?? If anyone knows the answer to this please let me know

Great vid, thanks. But I have a question: you keep mentioning a branch line from Swindon going to Wells?? To my knowledge this doesn’t exist nowadays, and Wells famously doesn’t have any train station and isn’t even near any railway line/station. So what did you mean by that?
